Anthony was extremely friendly and serving me my euro my fries, and my falafels with plenty of extra spreads to dip aforementioned into. Nathan was also very helpful and very timely. They have a very tight operation because there’s only two of them. They’re serving a lot of people because obviously their food is so popular.Gyros are savory and authentic. Their fried foods (falafel and fries) capture how Greek food tastes when it’s real Mediterranean. Whenever I’m the area (or slightly outside), this is my place. Their gyro meat is top shelf; trust me, I’ve run through a lot of mediocre gyro meat to find out.

This is a great spot for fresh, flavorful Mediterranean food at a fair price. The pita is soft, the meats are tender and well-seasoned, and the toppings and sauces make each bite customizable and satisfying. Portions are generous, service is friendly and quick, and the casual atmosphere makes it perfect for a laid-back lunch or dinner. Overall, it’s a great choice if you want a quick, fresh, and filling meal.

Absolutely disgusting. I should have known better. I went there at 8:45 pm on weds 10/8. No one in the store except one 'worker'. When I asked about fresh gyros on the spit, he said that they were all taken down and cleaned up, and he had shaved gyro meat from 'earlier'. When I asked if it could be heated up and grilled he was disinclined. I ordered fries which to his benefit he cooked up fresh, but turned out to be the most soggy, grease soaked 'noodles' with no salt or seasoning they were completely inedible. So a gyro and fries, no drink for $18. I took it to go so unfortunately I didn't find out how bad this meal was until too late. I cant believe this place is in business. Attrociously inedible food and exorbitant prices with an employee who couldn't care less. This place doesn't deserve a health license.

This is my second time at Gyro Ville, and it’s quickly becoming a favorite! The gyros are absolutely delicious, packed with flavor and served in large portions at a very fair price. The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant itself is spotless and welcoming. Consistently a great experience. Highly recommend!

This is by far the worse experience I have received from all Gyrovilles in Florida. As a great customer that I purchase in all locations I thought I was purchasing from Fort Lauderdale location not Cypress Creek. I made the order for my husband and he went to pick it up. When arriving at FLL location they said there was no order but I was not present and no questions were made to satisfy the customer order all ready placed. My husband being with two small children had to go. When he gets home I asked if he had picked up order then processed to say there was no order. When I called the number he mentioned the order was there and then proceeded to confirm the address and it was not Fort Lauderdale as mentioned on the website. Due to this mistake I asked if I could pick up order but it wouldn’t be enough time to make it to Cypress creek. Then I said if I could pick up tomorrow. They said sorry I cannot refund or issue a new order. Food was made and I am not a valued customer that travels from Miami and Fort Lauderdale buying in all locations. I spoke with Manager and she prefers to get a bad review as she stated write the review than to satisfy a customer and make the order again. Since 2014 I have been eating Gyroville and this mistake caused them a valued customer. I am so disappointed that I will not go to another Gyroville again. A company that throws away food on the daily because of low sales losing a over decade customer over $48.00 order.
