It's great when it's not spring break. I made the mistake of taking my kids there last week and was indeed taken aback by what I witnessed. However, I must commend the Fort Lauderdale Police Department for their outstanding presence and the excellent job they did.
Beautiful place
The cocktails are from another world, but the parking issue is crazy, for tourists they are not explanatory and they give you fines. Be very careful because that damages the place.

Gorgeous condo! Absolutely impeccable and top notch staff
I tell you about the parking! It costs 20 dollars all day. It is better for them to leave the car here than to leave it in the municipal parking lot across the street. Those parking spaces cost 15 USD from 0 to 3 hrs.
An excellent beach where you can spend the day with your family.

Beautiful beautiful Apartments staff is friendly and very supportive
As always, Ft. Lauderdale Beach by Los Olas is very nice beach. Currently (7/29/2022), Fl is experiencing sea weed issues on it coast (Global Warming issues)
