Subject: Concern Regarding Poor Customer Service – Manager Julia (10/14/25, 9:30 PM)
Dear Management,
I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred on October 14, 2025, around 9:30 PM involving the manager on duty, Julia.
My party and I informed our server to apply the comp first and then use the loyalty points, but he did not follow these instructions. When we asked him to correct the mistake, he instead applied all the comps and discarded our points.
We then requested to speak with a manager, but Julia handled the situation unprofessionally. Rather than resolving the issue, she raised her voice, stated that she “can’t read people’s minds,” and walked away without addressing our concern.
I believe this incident reflects a need for additional customer service training or a review of her conduct. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately by a higher-level manager.

Last night, I had a fantastic dining experience at Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood, FL. Our reservation was around 3:45/4:00 PM, and the hostess was an absolute gem—kind, considerate, and incredibly helpful, setting a warm tone for the evening. Our server, Chris, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed with a great attitude. The food runners were equally impressive, delivering our meals promptly and with a smile. The food was delicious, and the vibrant atmosphere added to the fun. Highly recommend this location for a great meal and top-notch service!

The food portion sizes seemed to shrink since the last time we were in. The service is brutal. I guess casino restaurant servers just skip the service aspect. Our server was the epitome of just an order taker. From her perspective it was clearly quantity of guests over quality of service.

I went to Hard Rock Cafe and had one of the best and exquisite burgers in town along with some delicious chicken wings. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The service was just as impressive, our server was attentive and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
I can’t wait for my next visit! I love to visit Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, great food, great vibes, and live musical performances throughout the year. The Hollywood location is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of parking and a fun atmosphere.
The only downside is walking through the casino, where the smoke can be overwhelming if you’re not a smoker. Still, once inside, it’s all about the Hard Rock experience and I love it!

The young man at the to go service counter was horrible. Bad attitude and the food took twice as long as they told me. And it was cold. They were not even busy.
Went out for Lunch today with my Lovely Lady.. had a good time as usual

As a regular who has gamed with this establishment for years I am dissapointed to announce a flaw in the crack of this establishment an employee named Erik take out server was extremely rude and dry with zero personality to even assist and help me get an order right. I'll explain further. I ordered dry rubbed wings with both buffalo sauce and blue cheese on the side. He basically told me that I needed to order Buffalo wings dressed wings that's it. Never have I ever seen such a display of disrespect. To further insult my intelligence on my special day. Not an option an obligation. Not too mention it's my birthday.. Horrible representation of Hard Rock Cafe and I'll be filing a grievance with the Seminole Tribe rest assured. You don't treat your icon players ever in that manner!!!
Horrible wait time over 40 minutes and they couldn't get the order right no thank you!!

I had a very unfortunate experience with the food at the Hard Rock Café—it really missed the mark. However, I want to take a moment to highlight the absolute star of the night: Terri, our server.
She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and her kindness and professionalism truly turned a disappointing meal into a memorable experience. Terri is phenomenal and deserves all the recognition she’s the reason I would even consider coming back.
