Last night, I had a fantastic dining experience at Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood, FL. Our reservation was around 3:45/4:00 PM, and the hostess was an absolute gem—kind, considerate, and incredibly helpful, setting a warm tone for the evening. Our server, Chris, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed with a great attitude. The food runners were equally impressive, delivering our meals promptly and with a smile. The food portion sizes seemed to shrink since the last time we were in. The service is brutal. I guess casino restaurant servers just skip the service aspect. Our server was the epitome of just an order taker. From her perspective it was clearly quantity of guests over quality of service.

I went to Hard Rock Cafe and had one of the best and exquisite burgers in town along with some delicious chicken wings. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The service was just as impressive, our server was attentive and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I can’t wait for my next visit! I love to visit Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, great food, great vibes, and live musical performances throughout the year. The Hollywood location...
