Very disappointed. We had to flag down our server to ask for our food after waiting for over 20minutes. Several tables that came in after us were served before us. When we received our food it was cold. Server never came back to the table to ask us how our food was. The skillet was inedible due to the cheese covered top being cold and greasy. We had to flag down the server once again in order to pay. She took her time retrieving our change and gave us improper change.

My family and I recently dined at Hatch for my daughter’s birthday brunch and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone from our party of 15 enjoyed their food, I had the corn beef hash and it was full of flavor. You can tell that it was a Jamaican who prepared it because of the thyme, scallion, and pimientos they added!! The pancakes were perfectly cooked, and omg that cinnamon butter Yummm! The service and staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Our server was Joseph and he rocked, such a great personality!!! He definitely understood our crazy, and provided excellent customer service!! We will absolutely come back to support this local gem.
