This is my second time here and I should have given a review the 1st time, however, this time did not disappoint either. I am very excited and pleased to say that Hatch Ft. Lauderdale delivered again!! Alexes the bartender came through with charm and great service!! I appreciate the cook staff maintaining the delicious food both times. The wait staff and hostess are on point. This is a place to be easy, leave the stress and just enjoy this moment.

Love love this place. Been over a dozen times. We walk there mostly but have parked 2-3 times no issue. Burrito, breakfast tacos, any of the pancake flavors. Iced tea, but they do have alcohol. We sit at the counter/bar 99% of time and the service there is friendly and quick.
Our server Tiffany was awesome. We visited two weeks ago and had her. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great, the food amazing. This is becoming a normal thing for us to visit on Saturdays. We try something new every time we come also Tiffany always gives us great suggestions. I didn’t get the managers name but she was also really cool and helpful. See yall soon!

While visiting Fort Lauderdale for a short visit I stopped by Hatch along with my sister and my goodness you have to make your way here! Upon walking in it is so bright and vibrant literally screaming morning sunshine. We were greeted by the hostess and walked over to our booth. What I liked about this restaurant is there are mostly booths which we sat in and they were comfortable. The design of the booths resemble birds nest, some tables in fixtures that resemble bird houses the design of the restaurant is wonderful. Now let's get into the drinks & food we were greeted by a few different servers all very nice and Alexis ended being our main server. She was also one of the bartenders, I did ask her for drink recommendations and since I wanted to try something different I allowed her to guide me. For drinks I first went with her recommendation the Salted Caramel Espresso Martini 10/10 it is the perfect balance of espresso and martini. My sister ordered the Sunshine with a sugar rim she really enjoyed it, said it was refreshing. My second drink was the pineapple mojito, which was light, flavorful and yummmy my sister thought it was really good. Now let's get into the food there's so many options to choose from I sided with the pancake flight you get to choose three different pancakes I chose Cinnamon roll which was topped with pecans and cream cheese frosting it was good and not very sweet. Orange mimosa which was the lightest pancake out of them all so delish and the fresh orange on top was a nice touch. Lastly I chose the Blueberry danish which had a thick blueberry compote on top with some streusel I did think the compote could have been less thicker but it was a good pancakes overall. My sister went with the country breakfast skillet, it was a good portion size and she enjoyed it. The manager on site this day was Jessica and she was very welcoming and attentive to us also. Unfortunately the reason I was in Fort lauderdale was for my brothers funeral once I shared this information with Jessica she asked me to send over a photo and put his picture on a cappuccino it was an amazing heartfelt gesture. We thank you all for everything!

Our server Olivia was great, she was friendly and attentive, even though it was very busy. Our food runner made sure our orders were corrected quickly.The gluten “friendly” pancakes were fantastic as is their house made cinnamon butter.
