3030 continues to deliver one of the finest dining experiences in Fort Lauderdale. I had friends visiting from New Hampshire who were interested in delicious fish entrees. Naturally I thought of 3030 Ocean. They both enjoyed the Patagonian Sea Bass very much. I opted for the Wagyu filet which was amazing as well. More than great food, the service and ambiance are top notch. David Youssef is a standout F&B leader in the hospitality industry. 3030 Ocean is friendly, familiar, and fantastic all around.

The restaurant connects to the bar without any noise barrier. It was super loud. The menu is super limited. The food we chose was excellent though.

The food was absolutely delicious as well as the presentation was beautiful. We brought our friends that were visiting from Oregon and we all had an amazing experience.

Very limited menu. Ate here twice being it was the hotel's main restaurant. First night, one of my guests ordered the mussels and she said they had no flavor. Second night, I ordered the scallops and they were cold. Deserts were excellent though and the service was great.

The menu at the restaurant is not the same as online so when my kids knew what they wanted they changed the pasta. The service was great. The value for what we did have not worth it. It's convenient since we were at the hotel and didn't want to leave.

3030 goes through chefs like they go through visitors, which leads to very inconsistent dishes. The last two times were great, this time both our meals were gross. I ordered the Wedge salad and it was served on top of a ladle of blue cheese, I like a lot of dressing but this was enough for multiple salads, it had two little pieces of the bacon and a micro drizzle of the saba. The added shrimp were large and beautiful but were overcooked and cold, not the grilled as ordered. These were shrimp cocktail shrimp not free grilled shrimp. The grouper was way way overcooked and the "coconut curry" was flavorless and lacked any taste of coconut. It's frustrating since we come here to stay regularly and we like to stay on property but Marriott needs to find a way to keep a good chef who can train their staff.

3030 was a great place for dinner! I had the oysters and scallops! The oysters were good even though the sweet aspect wasn't my favorite, I appreciated the attention to detail chef used with them. The scallops are 10/10. Cooked and flavored perfectly. This is the perfect place to eat great food, while looking at the beach and keeping cool! Couldn't have asked for better service.

Our server was excellent. One of our meals had to be returned because it was too hot (spicy) for my wife. The reason given was that the kitchen staff used the wrong type of pepper for the dish. The replacement meal was much better.
