The healthy spot is the best place to enjoy a smothie, bowl or their yummy waffles etc. As a personal trainer this is a good place to go and enjoy a healthy and nutritional protein smoothie, waffles etc. Everything they offer is so delicious and the most important thing HEALTHY. I always tell my clients go enjoy it with not guilt. Also the customer service is amazing they are kind and professional 👏.

I’ve been a member at my gym and the smoothie place is always best for my recovery after my workouts. The have energetic and healthy drinks also to fuel your workout. If you’re in a rush or for lunch I recommend the protein donuts to make sure you hit your macros with low in sugar count.
