Bad service

We had a wonderful experience at Hoffman’s Chocolate thanks to Ana. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Her positive energy and genuine enjoyment of her work made our visit truly memorable. On top of that, Hoffman’s offers phenomenal ice cream flavors you won’t find at just any shop. Exceptional service and delicious treats—thank you, Ana!

Their chocolate tastes like cleaning products. I bought some chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate covered oreos for the family, and we all said they tasted strongly like cleaning spray or something. I wonder if employees are claning the glass displays without removing the chocolates first or something.

Cashier came outside 10 min later and screamed at my friends for only tipping 10%

The ice cream was fine but the service was almost awful. The lady didn't acknowledge us when we walked in,no smile, no 'what would you like'. She just stood there until we ordered and then got it, still without speaking any. It was odd and awkward.

Their dulce de leche cheesecake is exquisite.

Just by looking at the reviews, you can simply be discouraged to not want to try this please but I do want to say that you should definitely try it. It has been one of the best experiences that I’ve had in a very long time. They have great chocolate and great ice cream choices. My cashier was Anna and she was a lovely. She was so sweet and very helpful and very attentive to me. Not only did she consistently ask if I needed anything else or if I was looking for something in particular, she made sure that I left satisfied with all of my cravings Definitely has been one of the best experience. Don’t knock it until you try it and when you do go look out for Anna , she’s the best.

Terrible Experience! When I visited, the staff member wasn’t at her post—I had to call out just to get service. She saw I was upset and laughed instead of helping. I passed by again days later and she was still missing. If the owner sees this, please know: your employee is driving customers away.
