We had a wonderful experience at Hoffman’s Chocolate thanks to Ana. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Her positive energy and genuine enjoyment of her work made our visit truly memorable. On top of that, Hoffman’s offers phenomenal ice cream flavors you won’t find at just any shop. The ice cream was fine but the service was almost awful. The lady didn't acknowledge us when we walked in,no smile, no 'what would you like'. She just stood there until we ordered and then got it, still without speaking any. It was odd and awkward.
Just by looking at the reviews, you can simply be discouraged to not want to try this please but I do want to say that you should definitely try it. It has been one of the best experiences that I’ve had in a very long time. They have great chocolate and great ice cream choices. My cashier was Anna and she was a lovely.
