Sauce was nothing but margarine. No hot sauce. They didn’t even coat them the first time they came out. They were dry. Even after they recoated them there was no flavor. Just grease. The chicken wrap was the same way. Wouldn’t recommend. Service was ok.

It is not the first time I have gone to this place but today I found a disrespectful waitress with no desire to work who treated me in a bad way and the manager trying to fix the situation without any result, we ordered 3 clam chouders and they brought me alone water, we returned them and the waitress didn't even ask us why we returned them. We felt very bad with that attention to the public. The only thing I can say to that waitress is that if she didn't want to serve us, she would pass the table to another person who would respectfully and kindly help us. The manager NELI SWANSON attended, HE WAS VERY RESPECTFUL BUT HE DID NOT SOLVE THE SITUATION OF HIS EMPLOYEE'S MISTREATMENT OF ME AND MY FAMILY

I paid for my wife's tea and my son's apple juice and left. Once our food was served to another table that just sat down, it was clear that the one table with a child was not wanted. Hooters used to be great.
Everything is terrible, just everything. I picked up an order from this “wonderful” restaurant, not only did I wait there for 30+ minutes, but from the very beginning of my wait, all the waiters said that the order was almost ready, it was already being packed. Remember, I waited 30 minutes. As a result, they bring out my order, where it is indicated that the order was prepared at 6:17 pm. AND THE CLOCK IS ALREADY 6:42 pm. As a result, people also deceive the system and delivery workers, indicating that the order has been ready for a long time, in fact, 20+ minutes of additional waiting for couriers, forcing them to wait and waste their money and time that they could work. I sincerely don’t understand the problem of telling exactly the waiting time? What is the point of deception by saying that the wait is only 5 minutes instead of 30? And by the way, this is not the first time. As far as I can remember, this is the 3rd similar case. Accordingly, this is not a problem of a specific shift, it is a systematic problem of this restaurant.
