Unless you understand what Mom and Pop is, don't bother coming here. Yes they are closed on Sunday and Monday because they're open for a half a day on Saturday sorry. Yes they close in the early afternoon because there's no business for dinner sorry no they're not open for breakfast and no they don't take debit. Credit cards tonight! Been the same place for years mom and the family owned it and run it with love every day. They are working class family and they have their ups and downs. Just like you do. They don't cut their hot dogs in half they don't shrink them down in size they serve the same hot dog whether you order it on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. or Thursday at 2:00 p.m. if you show up when they're not open why are you going to leave a bad review? If I don't like a place I stay away. But just to complain that you didn't have cash in hand and you weren't making a special trip to go to the bank then is that their fault? The same hot dogs are the same hot dogs as you get sitting outside of a Home Depot. That hot dog vendor is not out there for 30 years either. This family is and has been and I will continue to support local. Yeah it might cost me a dollar two more but you know what it goes to a family busting their ass to make a living and not somebody complaining that they drove and didn't have 20 bucks in their pocket when I read all the one and two star reviews 90% of them have to do with the person being inconvenienced but when you read the other reviews you know that it's from the heart and from the community for such a great place. Think twice before you leave a stupid review because you are impatient or you want personally satisfied the one and only time you went there. Everybody has their up days everybody has their down days so if you like to leave a negative review for the one time that you happen to be there please open your own store so I can go ahead and Google you every time you have a bad day. I'm pretty sure you probably had a bad day more than once in 33 years

This place is great! I came for some food and I asked if I could have something from the breakfast menu and they had some time so they made me the steak and egg sandwich *chefs kiss* and I got some potato pancakes too. I asked if they had sour cream and applesauce and they didn’t but the owner (seemed like the owner) found some sour cream and packed it up for me. I even asked for some giardiniera but as a bigger side so I could take it home to my husband but they sold me the jar that they use! It was honestly one of the best customer experiences I have had in awhile. We own an icecream shop so we know how hard the grind is and I can tell this crew cares and works hard. Not to mention the food was amazing! My husband is very happy with his sauce and he ate my leftovers and he also loved it. Thank you guys for making my day!
