The service was terrible, I never received my food after asking three different wait staff over 45 minutes. My whole table received their food. The drinks were watered down and when I expressed my concern I was brushed off.
Later, I found they gave themselves a better tip than I gave for the terrible service. Anticipating this might happen based on other reviews, I took a picture of my receipt. She(the waitress) fraudulently overcharged our whole table.

We evacuated from our home during Milton and enjoyed our first evening at the tiki. Very disappointed the next afternoon as they did not honor their happy hour prices.

Came by on Monday night while on vacation. The place was busy and the vibe was infectious. We grabbed a table for two and had drinks and some apps. Delicious!! Had an entree and some more drinks. Service was fantastic. We are bartenders on vacay and couldn't be happier. Came back the Tuesday evening for drinks and to watch Trump announcement and the manager came out and turned off the Trump broadcast. Now I understand the whole politics and bar thing but this was a President of the US, not a politician with an ad. We are veterans and respect the office and I was appalled that the channel was changed without asking customers. The manager that changed it was aggressive about changing the channel and customers actually left because of it. We will be back but thought you needed to know.
The food was delicious but a little pricey but that's the way things r going now.

The bartender that worked on September 12th 2022 is one of the most gorgeous women I have ever seen in my life I have traveled the world four times that's what the Navy United States Navy I have never seen a woman that beautiful in my life the service at this place is five star the food is epic the chef is something from another planet go try it trust me the idea of the view from the upper deck is excritiating
