The menu has changed so much in the last months, its so bad.
Interesting…maybe we went on a wrong day or time. It was a Saturday at 5pm and no one was there but the reviews were amazing so we took the shot of eating at this location. Unfortunately the only thing I enjoyed was the tea. The gentleman sat us down, didn’t provide water until we had to ask. My glass was dirty. The ramen was okay, the karaage chicken bowl wasn’t even karaage it was sour chicken. Mainly coated with batter no chicken inside.
Bathroom had no toilet paper or handwashing.
I usually don’t give bad reviews but some things need improvement on

This place used to be good but went back today for their ramen and was SO disappointed. The noodles were super chewy and over cooked, egg also over cooked, broth still flavorful but will not go back. Not sure what happened maybe a different chef.

Food is great, but the wait is terrible and came here for a lunch service on a Saturday only for them to tell me they are out of half the entire menu.

Sat down and waited for food for an hour. They couldn’t have cared less. Left after paying for my beer. They literally acted like I was bothering them.

I used to love ichimora but the quality has massively gone down. Today i picked up a kogashi garlic ramen /udon (usually one of our favs) and it was literally inedible. The broth tasted like just water with a little oil. Couldnt stomach more than one spoon of it and neither could my partner. Tried calling to see if we could somehow resolve this but they pickup and immediately hangup everytime. Its sad what its become as this used to be a fav of ours for sure. Wish i could get a refund on just that part of the order because it was quite literally inedible.

We visited on a Sunday at about 3 in the afternoon. We were not sure if it was open despite the hours being posted online because we could not find an open entrance. Tip: If the gate is locked on 1st street you have to enter through the garage on 2nd Ave. We had read some reviews and saw the restaurant has high marks overall so we were excited. We were pretty disappointed. We ordered beef skewers, spicy shrimp wonton, crab dumplings, edamame, and Dan Dan noodles. With the exception of the dumplings, everything was very mid including the temperature of the food. Nothing was hot when it got to the table. There was little to no flavor in any of it. Even the salted edamame was not salty enough. We asked for some chili crisp oil to try and lift the dishes, but that was a fail, too. Maybe Sundays is not the best day to come here. Overall, this was a miss. Though, we had a very pleasant server. Unfortunately, we came for the food.

Cozy, convenient spot, but super frustrating difficulties with ordering and arrival of food. Be sure to set aside a full hour for lunch. Otherwise, can't go wrong with the variety of appetizers and dishes.

Recommended dishes: Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and Regular Tonkatsu Ramen
Absolutely loved my experience at Ichimora! Every dish I tried was packed with flavor — the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen was rich and perfectly balanced, the Stew Beef Noodle Soup was incredibly comforting, and the Kogashi Garlic Ramen had the most amazing depth and aroma. The Dan Dan Noodles were also a standout — just the right amount of spice and so satisfying.
10/10 recommend this spot to anyone who loves delicious, authentic ramen. The chef/manager/server is so kind and sweet — you can tell they put a lot of love into every dish. Can’t wait to come back!

Chinese restaurant offering some Japanese dishes. You order via a tablet and the food is then brought to your table. Out of all the items ordered, the fried chicken was on top. Everything else was subpar to borderline okay.
To the chef/manager/server,to the server, and to the dishwasher/chef amazing food, amazing service and they where on a rush doing the whole restaurant operation, HUGE Shout out, hopefully they hire more staff to help, but amazing restaurant over all
