I had to ask for everything, napkins, straw, clean plates due to receiving 2 plates with old, hard food stains on the plates. I guess after I politely showed her the dirty plates she wasn't interested in displaying 💯 percent customer service. I had to ask several times for items, and I had to wait or ask another server for assistance. I was not informed prior to ordering my food that IHOP does not serve SALSA nor HONEY. It would be great customer service to inform the customer of the menu changes prior to ordering. No SALSA for the Fajitas and no honey for the tea.

Didn’t have my card with me and the waiter was nice enough to allow me to pay his PayPal and he paid the bill for me! Dude was thinking outside the box! In England we don’t use cards, everything is Apple Pay and the country who has made the iPhone didn’t have Apple Pay in ihop ha ha

The food as always, everything very good. Now the attention of a waitress was TERRIBLE, she forgot the orders, she didn't bring the food, she didn't bring the drinks, we paid the bill and she never brought the change. When we claimed it for the 3rd time, she brought it, we left her a MINIMUM tip and she went out to the parking lot to return it, offended. A DISASTER I WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN

Food was basic IHOP quality. The coffee was cold and as usual (especially this location) the restaurant was filthy, although so is the one in North Palm Beach/Palm Beach Gardens, which is also too warm. The floors and table tops literally sweat from the condensation. But the service is better than Ft Lauderdale.
Ashley was a great server, she was attentive and paicent, looking forward to having her as a server again when we go back.

Horrible experience ordering pick up, ordered a waffle through the app and arrived 30 min later in person. Was told there were no waffles available (no one took the time to call me to tell me?) and then also was told I was unable to get a refund until I called the store the next day. Do not order through this location

I hop is my daughters favourite place, but would not be our daily choice. The service is a bit hit and miss, although if you manage to get Barbara at our local one, then she is an absolute diamond. Food is standard Ihop but tasty and fresh. A bit like a good McDonald's.
Don’t eat/order here! Worst ihop ever. Ordered online and pick up ( Jan 2nd 1:30am).Two of the workers worked there had no respect. When I said my name, the female said whatever it is, and they said no broccoli. And she handled me the bag. When I was about to leave, she said she put something wrong in the order and put a box out of it. This was definitely the worst ihop experience ever, that lady should be fired. Stay away from here!
