The worst ihop I have ever been to. Disgusting vents and cameras and even with them being fully staffed they seemed to be the most disorganized workplace I have ever laid eyes on.

I recommend that no one goes to this IHOP. I tried to give this location another chance but the food quality and service has only further declined.
1. It’s dirty 2. Tables are dirty, No choice of syrups, Ketchup containers are dirt and empty. 3. It is under staffed! 4. My food was extra crispy, including the pancakes…meaning almost burned 5. Staff is not customer oriented. Calling people babe, and honey. It is inappropriate lingo and not very professional. 6. IHOP has the audacity to increase prices in order to take advantage of this fake inflation narrative that the world has embraced! Food was way OVER PRICED for the service. 6. I was double charged and had to contact my bank.

Horrible experience today at this location. We came in and no one greeted us when we came in not even a give me a minute we’ll sit you shortly, NOTHING. Customer service sucks here. We sat with a server named Marquise of the bat he seemed like he didn’t want to serve us. I had asked for straws for two of my kids that had cups with lids and he walked by me twice and didn’t bother returning back with straws and mind you they weren’t busy at all. I had to get up myself to get the straws. If you are working in a restaurant environment or anything customer service and you don’t like your job at least pretend you like it to give your customers a good experience. Make them want to come back. I want to go to a restaurant and enjoy my food not stress about it. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

We were looking for a place for dinner near our hotel, and much of what we found was "take out" only. Happened upon an IHOP, and we were in!! Food was IHOP standard, and the server was helpful and friendly.
I stopped by here one morning for some breakfast after some errands. Got great service, great food, and it was peaceful. Can personally recommend the sweet tea, pancakes, and hashbrowns.
Thank you for answering your phone! The Broward / Riverland plaza location sucks! Trying to grab food before going home after a long road trip.

Waited over an hour to receive breakfast. We ran out of coffee waiting for food. No on came after that to check if we needed more coffee or beverage. My meal came 10 minutes after others in my party received theirs. I asked for frech toast and received undercooked pancakes. I was starving. Customers there picking food up received priority over the customers who came to dine in. Poor service. Will not recommend or return to this location, EVER!

I treat myself twice a year for the pumpkin pancakes season. Seating is uncomfortable. The interior of this location is very dreary. It needs total restoration in my humble opinion. Staff is always 👌.
