Had a very sweet server but had an issue of an overcharge to my card. The manager at the Springfield, Missouri location on Kansas Expressway is a total A**HOLE. Refused to refund the balance difference and was absolutely rude about it. Sorry but I won't EVER be back!

I received food from IHOP that was not eatable 45 minutes late. Uber Eats refused to make it right. I cancelled my membership and am filing complaints on every review service I can find. I promise to cost them far more than the money they owe me for the terrible meal served!

Bathrooms were difficult to access. The restaurant was very very cold. All the guests were complaining of the cold atmosphere. Food was great as well as service despite the cold restaurant.
