Our server was a rock star! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable of the menu & simply a joy. Oh & the food was spectacular! Thank you!!
Wonderful restaurant, lovely interior, Dee-licious food, exceptional service and the cocktails were superb!!!! 5-star restaurant.
Great food , great service, and very welcoming .Food was great , well prepared, very tasty. Salads were very good . I recommend the egg plant . The red sauce was amazing.
We saw their new menu for GLP1 users. It's such a great idea so we tried it. The menu features all your favorite Italian dishes. I had the chicken francese, it was one breast that came with vegetable pasta. Everything was great! We will definitely be back soon. More restaurants should be doing this such a fantastic idea.
We have enjoyed dining at Il Mulino for many many years. We enjoyed the new petite menu options. Unfortunately the service was not as good as usual and the noise level was off the charts. Unless your restaurant is also a dance club, the music should serve as background ambience. The music was so loud that we could not enjoy conversation with our dinner mates. Hope to try you again.
Very good hospitality-extremely accommodating. Server made excellent recommendation for the bolognese and love that they have a petite menu
We were looking for a local Italian restaurant not too far from our hotel and were so pleased we discovered il Mulino! It's a beautiful restaurant and the staff were pleasant and professional. We happened to be there when they recently rolled out their "petite" menu which was a pleasant surprise for us, especially since we had a big lunch. My spouse ordered the lasagna which included a small salad and I had the chicken parmesan which included some seasonal veggies. The chicken was so tender and everything tasted homemade. Bread is available upon request (3 rolls with or without garlic). We will definitely go back when we're in the Fort Lauderdale again!
Great service. Food was excellent. We were celebrating a birthday. You do have to ask for bread which we did not know. Seems a little cheesy to have to ask for bread
The menu is a great variety of food choices, staff is very friendly and attentive, and the food is consistent and very good.
Garlic Sourdough Bread was awesome! Rigatoni Saporiti was above average (4 out of five stars). I like spicey flavors so maybe lots of pepper would have made it tastier for me.

I want to start by saying that our server provided excellent customer service. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The staff overall did a great job and made the dining experience enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the positive experience was overshadowed by poor management. At the end of the meal, a tip had already been left for the server on another bill, along with an additional cash tip. When one of the bills did not have a card tip added, the manager confronted me in a way that felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. I explained that the server had already been tipped generously, but the manager continued to press the issue, which created an awkward and unpleasant end to what should have been a nice evening.
Great customer service from the server deserves recognition, but management should work on professionalism, communication, and respecting guests when situations like this arise. A guest should never leave feeling uncomfortable after already doing the right thing.

Once again, we had a delightful meal. I absolutely loved the ability to order from the smaller portion menu. It allows us to be able to have an appetizer and salad and still be able to eat our dinner. Always great service, beautiful restaurant, amazing food.
Il Mulino in Oakland Park is not what it once was. The pricing is too high for starters. We shared the New Zealand fried calamari. It's a small portion, with the octopus being very thin and the breading very thick. I don't recommend it at all. Food shown on the website does not match the menu at the restaurant. So prepare to be disappointed if that's where you're looking for a decision on what to eat there. I had the chicken piccata, which no longer comes with potatoes and broccoli. It comes with a little spaghetti. My friend had a rigatoni which she said was also disappointing. We will not be going back there. Disappointing.
Always a great night when you eat at il Milano’s
