Island Vibes Kava Bar Fort Lauderdale

Just popped in to this place because I’m interested in Kava, how it makes you feel etc. This is a really cool little spot. Jordan was amazing. He answered all of my questions and really gave me a crash course on Kava. I will definitely be back here and recommend it to any current, drinkers.

Warm and happy atmosphere. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Comfy couches (with blankets) dog friendly. Clean and bright. Fun artwork. Pleasant little jam session. Free pool table. It was a fun place. 😊

The Kava and Kratom shots were DELICIOUS and super strong. Amazing service and atmosphere. Barnabas was incredibly nice and helpful.

im loving the renewal of this kava bar so far! jordan makes the best drinks and was very kind and informed:) everything at this place tastes great!!! definitely my new favorite spot and i will be coming much more frequently, i can't wait to see what's to come:D

Good place to chill

I wish this place was one of the first 3 stops on the Kava Bar Crawl instead of stop #5. Their prices, quality of product, and staff are top 3 out of the 6 places that we visited. I'm sad that we were there for such a short period of time. We definitely would love to visit this one again. 🫶🏽

this place def got VIBES. first time here and they’re having a paint night- everyone got easels, which is so nice and peaceful. k-tea is super refreshing and fruity. thanks to kavatender Jah for the warm welcome.

I used to come to this place a long time ago, and to be honest, it was just okay. The staff back then lacked professionalism and, at times, even seemed intoxicated. The overall vibe was strange, and the crowd wasn't exactly welcoming.

But wow, what a complete turnaround! The atmosphere now is so much more relaxed, comfortable, and visually improved. Major shoutout to Jah and (I believe his name was) Jacup. They were both truly wonderful and handsome too! Jah was incredibly inviting and patient, had great conversation, and really knew his stuff when it came to the drink options. He made my friends and me a phenomenal drink that we're still talking about. Jacup was polite, chill, and added to the overall great vibe.

Thanks so much, Jah, you're the best! We'll most definitely be back. 🤲🏽

Oh my goodness!! I found this place today and they have an all day happy hour the kratom tea is A+ and the delicious kava and chill vibe of this place just made me so happy!! I've found my new home away from home! Don't forget to try a vegan cookie or brownie 😋

They fired the only reasons I still went in. Bad place with worse management. Only go if you support slave labor, unsafe food conditions, and garbage wages !

Adam is the best kavatender ever!! Management, however, could really use some work, perhaps replacement. Did not feel welcome when he was present.

Good drinks. Went on a Tuesday morning and the bartender who is apparently also a manager just played games on his Playstation instead of helping out me or my husband. I will still come in but only for the actual employees, they seem to do a better job than the guy who runs the joint!
