IT! Italy Ristorante & Cafe & Bar

Our reservations were at 7:30 PM and our seat exposed us to the setting sun and we had to be careful not to look at one of the west-facing mirrors for fear of being blinded. Additionally, the air conditioning temperature was too high, so it was uncomfortably warm during our entire meal. We did say something to our server, but she was unable to accommodate us in any way. We will most likely not be returning to IT Italy

The food was delicious, the server Joni was lovely. Definitely recommend especially the Salmon.

It was my first time here we got seated quickly and our food came quickly. Our waiter Joni was very sweet. 10/10 service would come again.

We were a larger bachelorette group, we weren’t wild but we did spill twice and got a roll of the eyes but other than that they were accommodating! My meal was good my drink was better. We did the review for a free round of shots

Update: we dropped a glass and they were so kind about it and were great!! But they did come and question me for this review before they gave us our shots and asked me to point out the person and this made me feel so uncomfortable and awkward as they called me out for 4/5 stars in front of everyone! I appreciate that they wanted to get it sorted and talk to the person but they didn’t need to call me out just speak to the whole team.

Great casual spot. Super easy to get a table for 14 people. Food was good and a pretty impressive wine list. Not too fancy and nothing spectacular but great for an easy night out.

We had a terrible experience with the staff. They were extremely cold and unaccommodating; telling one of us that “the kitchen was busy” so they couldnt change the protein on a dish? Never re-filling water, not bringing silverware, not checking on us after the food came, and overall just being hard to interact with. The vibe of the staff brought down my entire group and almost ruined our night. I will not be returning.

Absolutely outstanding food. Leo, our server, was excellent. We started with the happy hour menu where wine was $7 and well drinks were $6. I had a glass of Cabernet that ordinarily is $18 and my wife had a Bombay and tonic for $6 ordinarily $12. We had the bruschetta that was delicious. My wife had the short ribs of beef over papadelle for her main course and I had rigatoni with vodka sauce and chicken. Fabulous! Don't miss this place!

Excellent service and beautiful decorated however for lunch the music was loud and food had no flavor. However the desserts were delicious. Food very over priced for the quality of the food.

Service from the waitress was pretty standard, never a smile. The servers/bus boys or girls were good when they brought the food and drinks out. Food was mediocre, although the bruchetta appetizer was good. They ask on the reservation if you're celebrating an occasion and if so do not even acknowledge and provide a small token desert or something. When asked I was told that they bring us a candle. I did bring this to the attention of the manager and was reluctantly provided a free tiramisu for the table. So why ask is my question if you're not doing anything special.

My daughter wanted to go for her bday. I wouldn't go back. We felt very rushed. Reservation at 7:45 finished and out the door by 8:30. Food fair, chx parm was the best thing on menu. Many other places i would pick to go instead.
