Our waiter Eric B. was absolutely spectacular- warm, attentive, and incredibly serviceable throughout our entire meal last night. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken cared of, going above and beyond with every detail. We truly appreciated Eric's hospitality and will definitely be coming back because of him!

I had an outstanding experience at J. Alexander’s thanks to our incredible server, Eric B. From the moment we sat down, Eric was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. I just had to get on here and share with everyone my Favorite location! I have been dinning at J. Alexander’s for at least 10 years and have been to locations all over Florida and this was by Far one of my Favorite experiences! To start we were seated in timely manner, then greeted promptly by our server Gavin he is very knowledgeable and recommended the Avocado bomb which was delicious! Then ordered our Entrees and the food was so hot that we had to let it cool before enjoying!! In between courses the table was well maintained and the Manger Seth stopped by the table to see how we were enjoying our meal?…and it was a 10 !! And to top it all off we got the Carrot Cake to go , and I have had hundreds of carrot cakes it’s The Best Hands down Every-time!! So if you haven’t dined at this location or wondering if of you should dine here ? Yes , Absolutely 💯

I love this restaurant and always enjoy coming here. This last visit, the filet mignon wasn’t quite as good as it usually is, which was a bit disappointing, but I still ate it and enjoyed the rest of the meal. The service is always exceptional, and I know that if I had mentioned it, they would’ve made it right. It’s definitely not going to stop me from coming back!

Residing in Boca Raton, my JAlexanders is located 5 minutes away. Finding myself in Fort Lauderdale with their location only 5 minutes away, my husband and I decided to have an early dinner before going home. And JA did not disappoint. First, the vibe is different, from the moment you enter. Unless my aging eyes were deceiving me, the lighting appeared to be lower/Darker, and that fit the atmosphere. The crowd was younger, and the servers were young, energetic, and many of them VERY TALL, as in Dakota, who served us with humor, sophistication, and professionalism. It was a pleasurable dining experience, and he made it that way, in addition to the great food. Sharing an Alex salad, we both ordered fish -Grouper and Salmon, with a side of creamy smashed potatoes, a huge baked potato, and broiled asparagus - which were superb. Two glasses of Dashwood Savignon Blanc were excellent, @$13 a glass. If this is your neighborhood, you likely klnow of them. If youre a tourist in the area, you will be impressed and well taken care of. And if you're like me, in the area for business and craving delicious fish entrees and an Alex salad, as well as an upbeat non stuffy vibe, coupled with young, good looking servers, stop here and dine. You will appreciate it all!

The food is excellent and the staff are super friendly and very attentive.
I highly recommend the ahi tuna with the soy ginger sauce, it is delicious!!
