Food is always made wrong. Second time in the last month that my Hot Sub order is wrong. Not sure how it could be messed up when they write the order down Infront of you and it matches what is said. I called to speak to the manager and they weren't there??? This place need new management!!! Will NO LONGER use this location!!!

EDIT: I left a negative review after a recent experience, and I have updated my review and changed it back to positive. The store manager called me and made things right. He was highly professional and someone that you can tell really cares about the business. He assured me that there would be additional training so that the same issue doesn't happen in the future and also told me about the Mike's mobile app (telling me that most people order with that so it might make it less likely for something to go wrong if I use that) as I did not know that Mike's even had an app and am looking forwards to the rewards.

I was bored in the hotel and could not decide what I wanted for dinner so I decided to walk here and I am glad I did. The staff was super friendly and Jesus himself came down and placed his blessed hand upon my sub. Was the best sammich I’ve ever had from there. Keep up the lords work.

This is always our go to Jersey Mike's location for our dine-in and pickup orders. They are always nice and friendly, and the order is normally ready on time. The kids love their subs and they can switch up the sandwiches whenever they get bored with one. Their Turkey Club has been a hit with the kids for a while now. The lady who helped us on our last visit was so awesome, and that's what reminded me to do another review :-)
