One of my favorites and happy to find it as there aren’t any near my home. Food was delivered promptly and as always, it didn’t disappoint. Fresh ingredients make for a great sandwich.

Food was good, came in for the new 10 dollar meal looking for value and was told they don't offer it anymore. Very surprised as I had just seen the promotion the day before and thought if give it a try. Ended up spending $15 and probably won't be back for another year. Not the value I was looking for.

Came in and was waiting to be served and another patron walked in and was immediately acknowledged and had an order taken. Seems like something small but it need to be addressed when a person of a different sex and race is ignored, and the opposite patron is served immediately it looks bad. I didn't order nor did I respond, just left and wrote this. Minor but important.

I eat here about twice a week. Ever since the staff changed at the store a few months ago the service has gone downhill fast. You walk in and you're not even acknowledged and when they're finished with whatever they're doing then they go and take your order. Today I walked out. I walked in and five people were standing there (no customers) while one girl was finishing telling her story about something. When she finish she turned around and looked at me and bent down to get into the refrigerator to take something out and start working with it and I'm standing there waiting to place an order. I waited about 2 minutes before I finally walked out the door with nothing. I may not be going back if the staff isn't changed. Update... Past 12 months spent. $1,500.

5/18/24-first time there nice signage big greeting when you say oh when you walk in. We checked out the wall menu. Lots on it. I choose the 8’ turkey bacon lettuce. It also came with: tomato, but I eliminated it. The sub bread was the best. G had the roast beef lulu , L, T. The only cheese they have is provolone. The place was bright, looked clean. Sandwich was good

No eye contact from the employees.. waited a while while the did on line orders and requested to cut my (gigantic) sub in 4 so I could share it (it's a $20 sub) he said no. He can only cut it in half. Got annoyed and left

I paid $2.50 for extra turkey yet I only got 2 slices of turkey. this has happened before and when I complained to corporate they told me this is the correct amount of turkey for double turkey. This place is great and quick, but I just don’t think the read the that receipt said extra turkey.
