Unless you want to wait an hour for ONE sandwich & chips… order somewhere else. It’s 3pm, not a busy lunch time at all. I kept having to call the store because they would hang up on me when I asked where my sandwich was. And they forgot the chips.

Ordered online, delivery was quick. I do not complain but when I opened my sandwich there was a bug in the bread! Had to throw out the sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable and potentially looked like a baby roach. Please refrain from ordering from this location unless you are desperate.

Google says open at 10 when I got there at 1015 guy tells me they open at ten thirty. Then as I walk outside the building all the eaves have holes in them in the back and not properly screened. In my experience that is bad because animals can enter!

10:30 am I just went to the store to buy and it is closed, they just signaled to me that no, there is no sign on the door that they were closed, bad service.
Whoever is responsible for putting a mayonnaise on a sub and calling an Italian should be shot into the sun. They lost it as the last ingredient too, thought I checked >.<

53 Minutes to get my order... freaky slow. Honestly not even any sort of compensation or accommodation for only having one driver... not good. Uber Eats is quicker... SAD.

We order from here all the time. Very happy this is the JJs that delivers to us. Sandwiches always come quick & always are good. The delivery guys, it’s either an older gentleman or a younger guy w/ dreads, are always very nice.

If it were for the workers, cleanliness & promos, I'd give 5 stars, but due to their ridiculous corporate policies, I'd give them no stars if I could. They have a salami, pesto & mozzarella cheese sandwich as a special. The pesto is really great and how I know is that a worker let me try it. I went back in and asked them if I could customize my own creation and was told due to corporate policy, they can't do it. You'd think I was asking for an arm and a leg! I used to go to J J's 1-2 times a week. I've called corporate to complain and they just told me they were sorry. I suppose corporate doesn't care enough about their customers to cater to them (pun intended). Until they change that, I'll go to elsewhere. These lame corporate policies are why I like supporting smaller businesses.Another thing I didn't like about this location is they've roped off the parking. I suppose they don't really consider handicapped customers because they don't have any spaces. A customer has to walk quite a ways to get to the front. I doubt I'll be back!
