Despite a bustling crowd and a bit of a wait, Kilk Kilk Caribbean Restaurant & Bar delivered an outstanding experience! Our server went above and beyond, squeezing our party of four into a cozy corner and even adding an extra seat. The food arrived surprisingly fast considering the packed house, and everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. Highly recommend for authentic Caribbean flavors and a warm, accommodating atmosphere. Five stars!

Rude employee, who practically threw us out of the establishment when we said we only wanted to order coffee, even though the establishment is called “Kafé”. She said that it was a restaurant and we couldn’t just have coffee, that she would close our bill and we would have to leave. She was ironic and extremely rude. Furthermore, the restaurant was empty, meaning we weren’t taking up tables with people who were going to order more. I don’t recommend it.

Terrible experience. I was treated badly along with my entire family by the receptionist. A very impatient and rude white-haired lady. In short: we got up and left the restaurant at Terminal 3 of Fort Lauderdale airport. I will not go back there and I definitely do not recommend it.

Ordered the Caribbean burrito which was supposed to have sausage and veggies.. it’s all eggs 2 pieces of veggies and barely any sausage. Attaching picture. And when i told the waitress she responded with “well that’s how it comes. You don’t have to eat it if you don’t like it.”

The breakfast burrito was delicious, filling and at a very good price.
On the other hand, alcohol prices are inflated, especially cocktails.
They don't always accept credit cards, not very practical when you're just on a stopover.

Kafe Kalik is a hidden gem! The KK Rooster Wings are a must-try, especially with the Jerk sauce—it’s packed with flavor and just the right amount of heat. They also offer BBQ and Honey BBQ, but trust me, go for the Jerk!
My husband and I tried two cocktails: the Runaway Rita and the Rum-Way Punch. While both were refreshing, the Rum-Way Punch was definitely the winner—smooth and flavorful, unlike the Rita, which tasted a bit like cheap tequila.
We also had fries and sweet plantains, which were solid sides, but what truly made our experience memorable was Marcelo’s exceptional service. He was attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be back—not just for those incredible jerk wings, but also for Marcelo’s top-notch service!

We didn't even manage to get in, we were waiting for someone to come sit us and no one came and then when a man arrived, it must be the waitress, I told him we can sit at any table to which he answered no and he showed me the sign in front of him and he started looking for a table. Without asking how many we were, when he was going to take us to the table, I told him there were 6 of us, to which his response was, hey, that's why you have to wait and I told him, but you didn't even ask and there was no one at the host for us to sit down. After that, he left. alleging And he didn't even give us a table, super bad experience if that is at the beginning I didn't want to know what the service was going to be like, it's okay that the airport food is not the best but now even the service is we asked no well there is yes we are but we could .

They choose people to offer to sit down, they are looking for people that tips, otherwise they tell you to order out and eat out the restaurant.
Service sucks.
Price for a burger $19.00, I tell you Burger King Burger are.better.

Before you pay, be aware that gratuity is already included. You will be prompted with a screen to add 10% tip. Most people end up tipping ~30% and getting upset after they see the bill.
On December 30, 2024, at 9:33 AM, I was served by Aimee (#60669) under check #436942. The service was extremely poor. My bill (after applying a Priority Pass Credit) was $18.38, and I chose to remove the 18% gratuity ($10.84) due to the bad experience, authorizing only $7.53. However, Aimee processed the full amount without my consent.
This is unacceptable. I request an immediate refund of $10.84. If no action is taken, I will file complaints with the FTC, Priority Pass, and dispute the charge with my bank.

I’m 1 person, waited at the stand for several minutes while at least 4 staff walked by, nobody acknowledged me. Finally someone came & sat me. Ordered the burger -no tomato -and sweet potato fries. Staff seemed highly focused on getting any orders in so they could rush back and stand together and chat. It’s like the waiting tables part gets in the way of staff socializing.
Burger arrived in about 20 minutes… with tomatoes and stone cold fries. $20 Burger was pretty bland and tasteless. I ate it while it was hot. Server never checked on me. When I was done with burger he stopped by. I said fries were cold when rec’d, and, to his credit, he did bring me a bowl of new hot fries, which were hot and … just ok. I know it’s airport food, so it’s going to be expensive, but it’s like the staff acts like they’ve given up on the food. I anl overheard them making fun of another customer. I waited tables all through college so I’m not unfamiliar with the drudgery of F&B but basic rules are 1. act like you give half a $hit, and 2. never talk about a customer in front of another customer!
