Kaluz Restaurant

This was our first time visiting the restaurant and we will definitely go back! We made a reservation for inside dining and had a fabulous Waterview during our lunch. We all had Burgers and Fries and the food was good and tasted clean. Nice atmosphere and definitely a great place for upscale casual lunch. Next time we'll go back for dinner!

The food was great and our server was wonderful. Then a large party sat next to us with two dogs while we are eating inside. TWO dogs! I think that is one of the rudest thing I have seen in my life. It is unsanitary. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Great welcoming from our waitress Joanie!!! We laughed and had a great service! The food and ambiance was amazing.

I had a pork chop, and it was undercooked. I informed them, and they replaced it with another dish, but it came overcooked. The experience was terrible. I’m not going back—such a shame.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Sat at the bar where Ana took care of us. The restaurant is located on the waterway with a great atmosphere. We couldn't believe how good the food was down to the french fries! We had the Crab dip which was the most amazing we have ever had, the fresh fish sandwich which was delicious. Ana was really nice, very attentive and offered great suggestions.

I recently visited Kaluz Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday, November 9th, and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the beginning. After being seated outside, I was unexpectedly asked to give up my table and be put on a waiting list because my guest was running 10 minutes late. Once my guest arrived, we were seated, but shortly afterward, it began to rain, prompting us to be moved inside.

As we began enjoying our meal, our server brought us the bill well before we had finished, saying, take your time. A few moments later, the server returned, explaining that their manager had instructed them to hurry us along to free the table for waiting patrons.

This sequence of rushed service from two different employees made us feel unwelcome and pressured to leave, overshadowing what should have been a relaxed dining experience. Dining out should offer enjoyment and a sense of hospitality, not a sense of urgency. Based on this unfortunate experience, I’m unable to recommend Kaluz.

Everything about this restaurant is top-notch. The food is delicious, the service is great and the ambience is wonderful. I highly recommend trying this place.

First time here and they did not disappoint. The food was great, the atmosphere was nice, and would definitely come back.
