They made me wait like 35 minutes then they told me I had to wait 11 more minutes I told them if I had to wait more time I want a refund she was happy to give me a refund I don’t think that was acceptable

Can't complete a simple/non-custom order; wrong food, missing food, poor preparation and takes 5X longer than it should...
Simply getting a receipt was even daunting for staff...
Possibly more concerning is I contacted corporate and provided a more detailed experience asking for a full refund and have had not follow up?

Very rude and unprofessional employees. No one says thank you or welcome or anything
Slightly uncontrolled pandemonium! Have never had an issue with the food quality here but the drama behind the counter? OMG! I worked fast food 40 years ago and I could still run circles around some of the people working here. Someone does need to tell the shift manager that if she hates her job this much, she should find something else. She’s not doing anyone a favor by being there.

I’ve never been to a fast food drive-through that told me I couldn’t add something to my order at the window. The gentleman told me that he couldn’t add one piece of chicken to my order that I have to go back in line to re-order because they don’t have time to take my order. I couldn’t believe what he had said. I’ve never heard of such a thing I asked to speak to the manager and she confirmed That I had to go back to order one piece of chicken because she said we don’t have time to take your order after I’m a paying customer and just paid Money to eat there.

Mannnnnn KFC count your days..... Giving me this olddddd chicken. Taste like it was cooked in 30dy old grease.... I had a craving and y'all ruined it.... N used my lunch break to do it... N now I'm still hungry..I had to spit it out it was nasty.. I honestly think u can tell from.the pictures it ain't fresh.....
