Slightly uncontrolled pandemonium! Have never had an issue with the food quality here but the drama behind the counter? OMG! I worked fast food 40 years ago and I could still run circles around some of the people working here. Someone does need to tell the shift manager that if she hates her job this much, she should find something else. She’s not doing anyone a favor by being there.

I’ve never been to a fast food drive-through that told me I couldn’t add something to my order at the window. The gentleman told me that he couldn’t add one piece of chicken to my order that I have to go back in line to re-order because they don’t have time to take my order. I couldn’t believe what he had said. I’ve never heard of such a thing I asked to speak to the manager and she confirmed That I had to go back to order one piece of chicken because she said we don’t have time to take your order after I’m a paying customer and just paid Money to eat there.

Bought my husband lunch and he found this on the end of the chicken leg, I bought a 8 piece leg and thigh and he couldn’t even enjoy his meal on lunch break
Wanted grilled chicken they didn’t have any. I got this greasy old grease chicken. I thought I was gonna have nice fresh chicken since they asked you to back up and pull back in.
