My boyfriend and I arrived around 12:27 am on January 6,2024 we got the speaker placing our job the guy said we don’t have no chicken only legs but they are old so we said what do you have that’s not old he said tender we said ok give us the tender and we brought it and etc we took the bag and approached to open the bag and start eating the tender and put the first mouth the tender are so hard we turn back around and the approach the window and the so some the manager arrived at the window and we explain and she approached to said oh yall see what time yall coming for food and process talking loud and going back and forth and we just ask for our mommy back THE AREA COACH NEED TO GET RID OF People Who Don’t Want To WORK AND WHO IS DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS….

I have been avoiding KFC because of a very bad experience I had at the location close to Sailboat Bend On Broward Blvd but tonight I had the best experience at this location. Manager Maleek (yes I had to ask his name) is literally the best manager i have come across in all my years of visiting KFC or any other fast food across the country. He displayed excellent customer service skills and professionalism and made sure our order was completely accurate, despite the fact that it was busy. Thank you sir, I really appreciate your professionalism.
P.S The meal was great too!!

i feel like i was robbed without a gun i order to go and ones i get home chicken so small dry just see.. and look better than taste.. kfc its this u policy ? Or just this location need to be trained ? As a custumer of kfc i feel so disappointed. at the end of the sad images of this location i post some kfc passion around the country...
