Would’ve received five stars all the way, but every time I come here through the drive-through they always have me pull my car back and pull my car forward. One time is cool two times it’s Kool three times is pushing it but every time I come through the drive-through I always got to back my car up and not just me. Also, the cars in front of me I seen them do the same thing that’s just ridiculous

I came there 11/23 around 10pm. We ordered a 16 piece family meal and specified tenders. When we got to the window, the man at the drive thru repeated tenders family meal and gave us a Pepsi we did not order, but was charged for. Whatever. He stayed wedges were not ready and told us to pull to the front. Ok no problem. When he gave us our orders he said tender family meal. When we got home guess what was in the box. Original chicken, no tenders. Wow!!! We were too tired to bring back and the chicken was disgusting

Everything was Okay nothing exceptional however there was no lock on female bathroom door which is a safety concern and privacy concern as well. The staff was friendly when advised however no action was taken and no manager immediately notified.

Food is trash. They putchicken fingers on my chicken sandwich no pickles and a half cup of mayonaise. Thats not even the regular item. They just made up a new recipe.

Had a small mix-up with my Hot & Spicy wings (got sauce instead of dry). I called right away, came back, and Malik took care of everything without hesitation. Not only did he remake the wings exactly how I wanted, but he also threw in fries and a drink for the inconvenience. That’s excellent customer service — quick, respectful, and above & beyond. Shoutout to Malik for turning a mistake into a great experience.
