I came in to pick up an order that consisted of three pieces of chicken one breast and two wings that was the order first employee says to another second employee wasn’t that cancelled and the second employee says no it wasn’t cancelled and the third employee attempts to find three pieces of chicken, but can’t find three pieces of chicken. Then the fourth person is the manager that says it’s gonna be five minutes. You guys are pathetic really pathetic. You better hold onto that job because I can’t imagine anybody else would hire you.

Then the girl is all confused to find three pieces of chicken and then the manager comes up to me says five minutes unbelievable Six people inside and you can’t have three piece of chicken ready. Not well ran this restaurant. I just went through the drive-through asked if their chicken was fresh. The managers response was that he’s been cooking chicken all day came around a second time to pick up another box of chicken cause I decided my husband‘s chicken smelled great and I’d like a box for myself, some of the pieces that were my box or so dried up They were probably sitting there all day. Not happy with the outcome. I should’ve took the food back But I was pressed for time and hungry.

There was nos staff or services at drive thru no matter how long had you been arrived at drive through call window, waited over 10+ mins still no KfC staff to even speak to you over speaker at drive through.
