The worst service I've ever seen, the owner closed the door in front of the child coming in because he didn't want to serve anyone anymore!! It was a child and half the store was already empty! 😭😭😭😭

I have been going to kilwins across the country for years. My go to is chocolate covered caramel apple. Kinda hard to mess up. Well this place did not make it well. The chocolate layer was thin and falling apart. And the apple had a sour taste to it. Not bitter. Very disappointed

$10.06 for one bottle of water (16.9fl oz ) ??? Never again. This is insane. Not even Evian is that expensive. I'm talking about this. Unless you charged another thing.

I went early in September with my wife Angelia. To my knowledge we met 2 ladies which were amazing. Their names were Maddy and Shelly and they were super nice along with amazing customer service and professional. We had a great conversation with them that we lost track of time to the point that we had a joke about "too much salt" that we laughed and they made our experience very pleasant. Thank you Maddy and Shelly for a memorable time and experience. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for all you do.

One of my most favorite ice cream shops! I visit very often due to the variety of flavors of ice cream as well as the fudge and other treats! The employees are always friendly and provide great customer service!

We stopped to get a milk shake They we’re way over priced and after we got them we thought wow for over 12 bucks each they must be something good and they were too thin almost like drinking water and the flavor was not even what we had hoped for. Definitely not worth it. Steak and shake has way better for less than half the price.
