Kilwins Las Olas Fort Lauderdale

Went in looking to cool off with an ice cream cone. $14 later I got 1 1/2 scoops of mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone ( I asked for a regular cone ) since when is it $14 for an ice cream cone. No thank you and with all respect I just can't afford to go there.

Saturday afternoon moments ago, walk-in three people in there working all look at us none of which acknowledge us and no one comes to us. We wait over a minute and walk out. That place is completely… ridiculous don’t give them your money.

Well, the good thing is we found the place next-door that’s new and was amazing.

Thomas recommended the chocolate and peanut butter ice cream and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely coming back. He was so nice and accommodating. Thank you for an awesome first time experience.

Delicious ice cream & a very large selection of flavors. They make their waffle cones which are worth the price to experience. A fun tourist experience, for sure!

This ice cream need more space and need more chairs.. when there is lots of people, space is too tight and nowhere to sit.

Delicious ice creams with many varieties. Big portions. However it would be nice if staff would bit more friendly and helpful. Been there twice and they looked overwhelmed and didn't care customers. Anyway, 5 stars because the taste of ice creams.

Everything is bad customer service the food the prices, the one in lauderdale by the sea is 10000000x better stay mad✌️

I visited this place last weekend. I love sweets, they have the best treats ever. I live in another state I wish they would ship some treat to me. I had a pretzel rod with nuts & caramel, white chocolate with caramel & macadamia nuts. I also had fresh caramel, almonds covered in chocolate. I WANT MORE LOL! Must try!

The worst service I've ever seen, the owner closed the door in front of the child coming in because he didn't want to serve anyone anymore!! It was a child and half the store was already empty! 😭😭😭😭

I have been going to kilwins across the country for years. My go to is chocolate covered caramel apple. Kinda hard to mess up. Well this place did not make it well. The chocolate layer was thin and falling apart. And the apple had a sour taste to it. Not bitter. Very disappointed
