In terms of donuts, you'll be hard press to find a franchise that serves donuts as quality as Krispy Kreme. And this location is no exception to that rule. Anytime I get the taste for donuts. This is my go to spot. The same prices you'd expect as any other location. Only difference I think is that the employees at this place will put in the extra effort to actually ask you and put the donuts you want. Even if you go through the drive through. They're communicative and focus in important details. The only caveat is that after the app seems wonky is service at this location? Multiple times I've tried using the app and haven't really been able to get it working to make an online order. I eventually caved and went to the counter or drive through as usual. The app is useful to see the menu, for anyone hoping to order from here. I recommend using the app as a menu on your phone and relaying what you put into your basket to the employee, I've done this multiple times and they haven't disappointed.

This Krispy Kreme location is the absolute worst I've been to. I don't understand why? Their doughnuts lack something. They're not as tasty as other locations. Overall, in the past year or so I've been here at least three times, thinking perhaps the previous visit was a fluke. But nah, Yucky and overpriced.

We left after waiting about 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from staff. The cashier did not greet us or let us know there would be a wait. Additionally, the employee preparing the donuts was not wearing a hair net, which raised serious hygiene concerns. Overall, the service and cleanliness were disappointing.

I arrived at this Krispy Kreme at 9:42 PM, well within their posted store hours, which clearly state they close at 10 PM. However, the front door was locked, and the employee informed me that they were only serving customers through the drive-through.

I explained that I had walked there and didn’t have a car. I asked if I could walk through the drive-through instead, and while I understand safety protocols, I was still refused service. If lobby service ends earlier than the store’s posted closing time, that needs to be communicated clearly.

This experience felt incredibly unfair—and frankly, discriminatory toward people who don’t own vehicles. If you’re only going to serve drive-through customers past a certain time, then post those operational changes publicly. Otherwise, it feels like you’re shutting the door—literally—on those with fewer resources.

1. Extremely rude drive-thru attendant.
Waited almost 15 minutes after being told “hold on” multiple times, so she did know we were in the drive-thru waiting. Wasn’t a single car in front of us

2. After all that, the order was wrong, but we accepted it to not waste food.

3. Door rudely slammed in my face, had to wait another 5 minutes for straws. Workers blatantly staring at me through the window and not assisting and throwing their hands in the air as if I’m not allowed to ask for straws or anything else for that matter. Maybe give me the straws the first time?

4. Donuts tasted like cardboard. Literally hard as a rock and couldn’t even bite into them. Had to throw the entire order away.

Absolutely by far these worst Krispy Kreme location I’ve ever been to in every aspect.

I placed an order online from this store and came to pick it up in person. When I asked to use the restroom, they refused and said I had to buy something in-store to get the code. I had already paid and was picking up the order, but they still denied access. This is unacceptable. Terrible service and zero respect for customers.

This is my first time coming here, and I must say the customer service is amazing. The young guy who worked the shift today at 6pm (I forgot to get his name) had amazing customer service. The donuts were fresh and I will be back.
