Worst Service Ever! Read the Fine Print.. When I was informed that My "Happy Hour" margaritas were suddenly Double Priced because I didn't order any entrees.. Marie the MOD who claimed to be an Owner/ Family member told us "is this your first time here?" stating I had been here several times. Marie then replied "Then you should know The rules" and began to berate the poor waitress right there at the table about not informing us of this rules! I was not only so embarrassed for the poor waitress but embarrassed for Miss Marie who claims to be an owner! I've been in the hospitality industry for years and have never in my life seen such behavior by a well known establishment. I paid my check and tipped the poor waitress well. after leaving I then went back and apologized again to the poor waitress for her manager/owners behavior. if corporate reads this, there's a coaching opportunity for Miss Marie. she should not be in management. to stand at a customers table in the middle of a crowded dining room and argue insisting that the customers are wrong and should know the rules is unacceptable! I don't mind playing by the rules but I need to know what they are first. I have visited La Bamba on several occasions over my years in Fort Lauderdale. that will end immediately!! I will never again visit or recommend La Bamba to anyone. consumer Beware $50.00 for 4 6oz well Margaritas is a crime within itself. you have several locations and have been successful maybe it's time you check yourself and remember where you came from. sincerely disgusted by La Bamba and it's supposed owner!
As always, the food was perfect. I went with the chicken enchiladas with verde sauce. Cooked to perfection, along with the refried beans and yellow rice.

I've been going to this restaurant for many years, and it never disappoints. Great salsa, nice variety of food choices. The quality is always good. The servers are friendly. I just wish they'd bring back empanizado.

Do yourself a favor and definitely check out this local staple..the food is absolutely delicious and on point every single time. I try to stop in at least once a week to get my favorite menu item Pollo LA plancha. Get there before 3 and you get the lunch special price.

I stopped by La Bamba after the disappointment of the whole enchilada. The venue is spacious with several booths and a private dining room for larger groups. The extensive menu is very manageable. However, I didn't like the dated, dingy look, nor the old, smelly carpet. The Mexican restaurant theme was lacking in decor and the food presentation was disappointing.
As for the food, I ordered the fajita supreme, which was served in a hot skillet with beef, chicken, and shrimp, along with onion and bell peppers. However, it was too greasy and lacked flavor. My daughter enjoyed her chicken burrito and my brother-in-law liked his grilled chicken with rice and beans. The appetizers, advertised as Mexican nachos, were a disappointment because they looked like bites of tortillas.
The service was good, with a waitress a little over the top but attentive. Overall, based on this experience, I am not convinced to return.

I’ve been dining at this location for 20 years. The food, ambience, and staff are wonderful.
I’m also happy to say that the management is very responsive to customer feedback.
My issue is below and I hope it changes.
Unfortunately this location is completely irrational when it comes to chips at the table.
One basket for four people is ridiculous. If the four people sat at four different tables the result would be four baskets of chips.
I’m sorry but this is not a good policy and reflects very poorly on the owners.

Went out with my daughter for dinner before we went to the movie. The food was excellent and the service was excellent.

Waitress had an attitude had to ask for every little something Sugar, salt pepper. Ketcup . Hamburger buns fell into pieces. She should have known this. Overall a fair review.

Worst service ordered Fajitas for 2 but one person wanted flour and the other corn Fajitas seemed like the waitress had to take the flour tortillas back instead of bringing a set of corn. Took forever to get a drink refill and then more napkins seems like everytime you asked for something it was a bother to the waitress
