Little hidden gem, walking distance from the beach. We found street parking easily around 7:40pm on a Thursday evening. We sat outside by the pool area, enjoyed the breeze and live music (karaoke).The service was wonderful, the young lady who was the hostess was extremely welcoming, the server Marianna was attentive and made great recommendations. The restaurant is family/kid friendly. The food and drinks were delicious.

I never write reviews but I need to set the record straight. We paid $200 for the worst Italian food I've ever had. Save the cash and go to olive garden for a better meal. If you are Italian, this food will not pass the test. My kids didn't even enjoy their pasta and marinara dish which was comparable to a jar of Ragu.The snapper was way over cooked and tasted gamey.My husband's linguine and claim sauce was also a joke. Watery sauce with baby shrimp. The calamari was chewy and the size of spaghetti-o's.Service was very slow as well. Bring your own water because it takes too long to get to your table.Stay well away from this restaurant.

I just had the pleasure of dining at La Fuga restaurant at the Kimpton Shorebreak Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, and I must say that the service provided my waiter, James was truly exceptional. From the moment James came to introduce himself, he went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect.James was not only attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, but also displayed a genuine passion for providing top-notch “white glove” service. James anticipated my needs, made excellent recommendations, and made me feel welcomed and valued throughout the entire meal. James’ friendly demeanor and professionalism added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience.Given how much I travel and dine out I was truly impressed by the level of care and attention to detail James demonstrated. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and is dedicated to making every guest feel special. I stopped by for breakfast, and had a very pleasant time . Staff was gave a warm welcome and were very professional. They offer fresh cold pressed juices, which was nice. The Garden bowl is a must try. Eating outside near the pool was the perfect start to the day !
What a great find ! Costal Italian restaurant with house made pasta, and very genuine service . Great ambiance with live Jazz bands on the weekends. Cool and crafty cocktail list. Bone-in Veal chop may be the best thing I've ever had ! Do yourself a favor and check out La Fuga !

The food at this place is absolutely bonkers! First off the olive purée with the bread was the most genius thing I think I’ve ever had. The gnocchi was like nothing I’ve ever had, and I want it again, oxtail rissoto was to die for. The homemade limoncello was so amazing along with the tiramisu!Chef clearly cares about what he puts on a plate and it shows!!Went on a Monday and they were slammed without a hostess but jon took care of us for as busy as they were!Will be back again next Time I’m in town. ❤️❤️
Michael is not only an amazing chef, but super sweet and caring about filling our bellies with yummy food! What an incredible experience we had and we will be coming back.

Diner tonight was exceptional. The octopus and tuna were top notch. An explosion of taste with minimal ingredients. By good fortune, a new item on the menu was ordered. Home made pasta with a pleasant kick of cayenne. Mariana was a delight and provided 5* service. Michael, the executive chef, was gracious enough to visit our table. You won’t be disappointed and be sure to try the in-house lemoncello!??❤️

La Fuga is a hidden gem. Food is absolutely outstanding. We had the lobster ravioli and the veal, and both were so delicious! All the pasta is homemade, and so well prepared. The cannoli's were a fantastic desert, then all was topped off with a fabulous limoncello! And what really made the evening was our server Marianna. She made our evening so fantastic, that we went back and did it all over again two nights later. It was every bit as good the second time!!
