Horrible service! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Ft Lauderdale location is unacceptable! Placed an office order online just for the driver to bring us one bag with a side of Fried Yuca and hard rice with 2 cans of soda. Upon calling the restaurant, they said we can pick up the rest of the order because they don't have delivery and didn't want to refund it back, saying the order was completed. HOW, when we ordered online and it was delivered?!? This isn't our first rodeo either but clearly we tried again months later and still bad service if you're not dining in.

There is a sensation of nausea that can occur when a particular food or meal comes to mind; for me, for a very long time, the trigger was microwaved pizza covered in what seemed like freeze dried caramelized onions. This association has been replaced, not by any one dish, but by literally everything I tried at Kitchen Story. The short rib tacos were sickening-a pile of over-sauced, saccharine mush atop a flavorless slaw. Accompanying three of these behemoth tacos were three different dipping sauces, one of which I could only assume was guacamole by its faint pea green hue. It and its counterparts seemed to be primarily a derivative of corn syrup. Imagine sickly sweet, piled with sickly sweet..horrible.

I had the chicken soup and it was very comforting.Servers were kind.
Expensive prices on all their meals. Cashier said they did not have any Rice and they did not have any chicken. I walked out the door, don't think I'll return the place had a strong smell of cleaning fluids.

Are you serious? My office orders ALL THE TIME and not once have they gotten an order correct. This, was the last straw. A coin in my food! On any given day but especially with COVID! This is not okay!

So disappointing. I literally told the server to tell the cook to shake or knock off any residual food form prior orders and she said ok and completely disregarded what I said. Definitely my last visit to any of their locations.
