Yum is the last word that comes to mind with this culinary gem. If they had to be involved in brewing the beer , they'd probably f*** that up as well. If you opened a peanut butter and jelly sandwich stand in the new terminal, tbis place would shut down in less than a week. A Subway in Afghanistan would get a 5 star Michellin rating compared to this trough. Buy a protein bar at a nearby kiosk and save your $. I actually feel sorry for the folks that work here as they have to pretend the nachos are actually fit for human consumption.

The food is very meh. The people who work here are awesome.

Been here twice in a month. Place blows! Service is terrible. No one cares to clean tables and serve you. And if they do the food isn't worth it. Never again. How do employees keep their jobs? Rate is high should have a negative star. Don't eat here.

Every time we eat there and have Kathleen as our waitress service is poor and slow. When at an airport being served quickly is often important as you have a plane to catch 😕

Food was decent but the floors were the most disgusting restaurant floors I have ever seen. To the point I wanted to leave before even being seated if it wasn't for being with a group of people. Not just sticky but trash and big clumps of dirt all over the floors!

My husband and I sat down at the bar because no one was available to seat us at a regular table and instead of being greeted like a restaurant server is suppose to do we had menus tossed at us while rudely being asked what we want. When we asked for water the older lady “serving” us gave a disgusted look and walked away. She came back a few minutes later with no water and again asked what we wanted as we are looking at the menu. We once again said water for now and instead of taking care of those she proceeded to say “you are going to get something else right”. My husband asked for a blue moon quickly to change her attitude and she walked away. Needless to say she didn't get our business. I worked in restaurants for years and understand how you're suppose to be treated when taking someone's money and that was absolutely terrible:

Don’t bother stopping here. Food was pretty rubbish, surpassed only by the poor service. Thrown on the table, didn’t have enough containers for milk for coffee etc so it was thrown on our table and then snatched away again moments later. Disgusting over brewed coffee.

Best meal I've ever had in an airport. I sat at the bar and ordered the mahi tacos. It came out fast, it was fresh, and the bartender was super nice. I don't understand why this restaurant has low reviews. I'm a tough critic, and I was impressed!

Beer was warm. Hostess was rude. Service (Norma) was fantastic. Food was served quickly and hot.

Went there today. Took 2 1/2 hours. Forgot part of our order. Asked for bill and still didn't get it. Long red hair waitress rude and slow. AWFUL!!!! WARNING DON'T GO THERE!!!!!

Looking for a good place to eat at the airport. This is reasonable and good food. Convenient when waiting for a flight.

Good thing I had a couple of hours to kill before my flight. I've never before seen such slow service. The table next to me had their order messed up and it was never corrected. The other table next to me waited forever for their coffee. I've been here over an hour and have been waiting for my check for 20 minutes. Watching chefs mess around in kitchen.

went to this eatery on 3/6/19 at roughly 10 am. First we were told it was lunch time. well ok. took 51 Fifty one minutes to get a simple hamburger that was stone cold. Told the waitress and she asked if there would be anything else. If Jimmy Buffet is willing to put his name on these restaurants then they should monitor them better. BAD service RUDE wait staff and AWFUL food. If you like that kind of treatment then I guess this is your place. NOT MINE
