This morning I was there trying to buy some empanadas. I was there for 10 minutes and they didn't help me. They have to improve their customer service.

Las Orquideas used to be a good spot. Unfortunately, they aren’t anymore. In person dining is “meh” at best, but worst is trying to order from them on Uber Eats. Las Orquideas will take your order, charge your card, and an hour or more later, you get an order cancellation notice without any explanation, and they tell Uber Eats that YOU cancelled the order. And then you have to deal with your credit card company to not be charged.

This place used to be good , but not anymore. I tried to see if they’d improved I placed an order through Uber Eats delivery. Las Orquideas waited an hour and then canceled with no warning or reason. Uber Eats said that Las Orquideas told them that I was the one who canceled the order, which of course I did not.
The restaurant was not what I expected. The food could be improved, I ordered a churrasco and the meat didn't have the best flavor. Also, the service was a bit sloppy. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it on this occasion.

Second time trying to eat here, but it’s impossible. The AC is not working and it’s very very hot and very very uncomfortable. Summertime in South Florida, and no AC? I feel bad for the people working here. Very unpleasant and unfortunate.
Used to be an amazing and delicious place to eat. I got served a grilled chicken the size of a kids meal. Took them about 12 minutes to attend us just to get a drink. They never brought us our kids seat. And many plates the family desired. They didn’t have. Overall terrible now
