The supervisor looking and attitudes like he is king and very unprofessional attitude

The staff never acknowledged me at all. I understood that they were busy, but a bit off putting.

My order wasn’t correct and I asked for it to be fixed or refunded. Only to be told I’m not fixing or refunding it that’s the way it’s supposed to be. I ordered crazy bread xtra wet only to get dry bread without anything on it. This is not the way you do business or treat your customers. Reached out to corporate and got no response. The employees name was Sergio.

Unfortunately, as a returning customer I had an unpleasant experience and rude staff member by the name of Sergio today while ordering my pizzas. Recently this location re-opened due to updating restaurant. Primarily, the first day of reopening my order wasn’t baked properly and a reorder on my next visit was completed. Sadly, today the order wasn’t acceptable as the crust was ripped and torn out of the normal pan rim so I requested a remake. Also, the remake was requested with the two extra toppings I paid for. Due to the pizzas still not satisfactory I requested a refund. Sergio was unprofessional and rude while I was waiting to be refunded by verbally stating to me that “ You made me make 4 pizzas”…..while biting his lips as though he was going to do some me. As I explained to Sergio, it is very rude and unprofessional to speak such an unprovoked comment to a consumer that is requesting a refund because their food or the food quality doesn’t meet their standards. I also shared with Sergio that I have been coming to this location for years and I have never had anyone speak or say such a negative feedback to me in a disrespectful manner such as he did this afternoon at 2:06 PM. Next because Sergio was so rude I did ask him for his name. He refused to give me his name however I did have my receipt that displayed his name based on the refund that I had requested for, so I am leaving this post in effort to ensure that his director or his supervisor or Corporate reviews this Message online and address his behavior towards paying consumers.

Ordered on DoorDash. My order always comes from the one on Oakland Park, which is always spot on. For some reason it came from this location today, which must be run by very lazy people with absolutely no care for what they’re doing. My pizzas arrived cold and raw, and I mean raw. The dough in the center was a mushy mess, and the center of the crust was so raw it hadn’t changed texture yet, still wet and gummy. The toppings looked like they had been sprinkled on after the pizza left the oven, no indication that they had ever seen heat. To add insult to injury, it was 20 minutes late, it took nearly an hour and 15 minutes for cold raw inedible unsafe pizza to arrive. Oh, and the crazy sauce was only a third of the way full. Not that it mattered because the entire order with the garbage. The bar is already low for pizza coming from Little Caesars, but you people have absolutely buried the bar 6 feet under.

Ordered online for pick up at the location on Davie Rd. The cheese pizza was completely under cooked,the extra most bestest pepperoni was not the extra pepperoni. We also ordered Italian cheese bread but didn't get the sauces that were suppose to come with it. Really need to work in they are making orders correctly.

Those ladies are NASTY they DON'T wear gloves and touch everything within reach then go back to prepping pizza's without wiping or washing their hands ( 1lady answered her phone and the other lady leaned over the counter touching the wall ) No cleaning of the hands for either woman I got a Refund and left

I had a very bad hope, I ordered 5 pizzas, in the end they only brought me 3 and a refund for the other 2 for 12 days when they charge instantly. That is a lack of respect for the consumer.

WORST pizza in the area! Yes, it's little caesars & no, I'm not expecting anything out of this world. Super dry pizzas without enough sauce & cheese, unapologetic staff who just does not care that they're serving subpar pizza. Save yourself the trip & the bother.

Horrible always a long wait unless u want old pizza that was sitting. Barely speak English rude and they will try and give u old pizza never send your kids in alone. Definitely getting old food

Absolutely marvelous I ordered two medium Pizzas, last night in the were beyond my expectations. I complement the night crew for giving me great service and food!!!!!

Dominos,pizza hut, Papa John's don't come close to what I received last night !!!!
