If you have gluten issues or food allergies in general, I personally would not recommend this restaurant. Unfortunately, the service has really gone downhill. They do offer gluten-free soy sauce and claim they can modify dishes to accommodate allergies… or so I thought.

My husband and I gave this place multiple chances, but yesterday was the last time we’ll ever eat there.

I regularly order the Bayview Roll. The photo on the menu shows no eel sauce on top — it has cream cheese and some type of crumbles instead. In the past, there was a girl named Benz who worked there, and she always understood allergy concerns and made sure orders were correct. Since she left, in my opinion, the quality and attention to detail have become terrible.

Every single time I order this roll, I am extremely specific:• No crunchy topping because it contains gluten• No eel sauce because they keep adding it even though it’s not listed as an ingredient for this roll• Replace the cream cheese with avocado

Lately, they’ve messed up my order every single visit. This time, I really thought they would get it right because the server remembered me and even remembered the previous mistake. Instead, they somehow put the crunchy topping INSIDE the roll. I ate four pieces before realizing it, and I’ve been sick all night.

Also… why were there eggshells in my coconut soup?

I hate leaving negative reviews, but after repeatedly getting allergy orders wrong, I can no longer recommend this restaurant.

The food, the service and the prices are good. But what’s not cool is that they allowed some entitled woman bring her two dogs into the restaurant and she sat them on the seat at the table. The waitstaff served her without saying a word. The dogs were cute and well behaved, but dogs do not belong inside the restaurant and definitely not on the seats where people sit. I say this as a dog lover myself.

Walked in by myself for dinner and was rudely treated. The guy told me pick a seat anywhere I go to pick a seat anywhere and then I get yelled at by the other staff and then when I sit down, he tells me that I only have three minutes to order when the restaurant closes in 45 minutes. I’ve eaten here before food‘s ok but when you have nasty service it brings it down unfortunately. Next time treat your customers with kindness. There’s better places to eat.

It’s my first time coming to the place looks cool and yummy but……….my tonkastsu ramen had cockroaches one huge one and a couple tiny one. It’s super sad and very disappointing.

highly recommend ! The food is always fresh and full of flavor. The service is great, very attentive and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. It’s definitely a place I keep coming back to!

This place is awesome!! The sushi is great (I have a NYC sushi palette so I feel confident saying that) and so is everything else I've ordered! Very good serving size and the service is delightful 😊. Great atmosphere, haven't sat down to eat here yet but good vibes when I come to pick up. Highly recommended!

We were actually planning to eat at a different location in this strip center but it was closed. We were super glad that pivot ended up turning out to be great food. Since coming to FL, Lucky Cat has been by far the best bang for buck on quality food/sushi and eating experience. 10/10 would recommend and I look forward to going back.

This place was great. Had a couple appetizers and but some sushi. The crispy rice tuna appetizer was my favorite.

Everything was great, but one thing I can say is their sushi rice was overcooked.

Other than that, this place was great. I will be returning. Please fix the Sushi rice.

Just did the sushi making class here, and it was amazing. The waitress, busboy and sushi chef were so helpful and did an excellent job at assisting everyone. We did the premium version for $75 which I believe was totally worth it. Each person makes 3 sushi rolls, gets a sushi and kitchen app and gets a dessert each. They also had a special for Sake bottles. It was very fun!
