Anyone know why the Cordova location is now closed permanently, as of the past week or so? It survived all the stuff that happened with restaurants the past year+. We live right by it and got sandwiches all the time. Never tried the pan pizza but were going to. We already really miss it. Was hoping for a breakfast sandwich today! Granted that little satellite of Harbor Shops has seen a LOT of restaurants come and go, from when it was a Firehook and a Moe's burritos, the Indian restaurant that moved across the street, and now Lunchroom. Thanks for three amazing years, Lunchroom Cordova!

The food is always fresh and delicious! My favorite item is the cheese burger I get the impossible meat on it! It comes with two patties so I have to make sure I'm super hungry! I hate that fries are extra but the burger itself usually fills me up anyway. I had cookies from here as well and they were huge and delicious I like to come fpr the buy one get one on the weekend after work. My partner lives the Philly cheesesteak but he said the last two times the bread was soggy. Probably because it was to go. I wanted to add that I love how the owner is always at both locations doing quality control all of the time.

My husband and I came here today for the first time and it didn't disappoint. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and a nice gentleman explained the menu to us. We both decided to order the Chicken Roaster...omg..so delicious. I had mine in a wrap and my husband in a bread, both were tasty. We were given a huge chocolate chip cookie which I haven't had yet, but if it taste just like it smells, pretty sure it will be delicious. Location is in a shopping center, corner lot. Plenty of parking. We will definitely return and recommend! Update: Cookie is DELICIOUS!

Very creative menu! Nothing ordinary here. Very clean, very friendly and excellent attention to detail. I had The Rooster and it was the perfect mixture of sweet and savory. Everyone in my party was very pleased with their choices. Well done. We will be back!

Yum! Found this place by accident, but wow they have great sandwiches! I had their short rib sandwich and it was truly fantastic. Their fries were good too. They make many of their own sauces and condiments. Friendly service. You may pay a little more but it is worth it!q

Picked up Kale Cesar salad with grilled chicken. Should have checked the bag before leaving. No croutons. Large container of kale with “maybe” a tablespoon of grated cheese on top. Nothing else. Grilled chicken was ok but several pieces had hard tendon/sinew. For the price, expected better

This place is great - from the service to the food. I really messed up a big order and they went above and beyond to fix my mistake. They prepared about 8 meals in no time and they were ALL delicious! I was really blown away and look forward to going back.

This was our best dining experience in Ft. Lauderdale. Phenomenal food and service. My family loved everything about this place. Everything was cooked fresh in-house. The staff was so friendly. The owner was a great guy. He made several recommendations and checked on us a couple of times to make sure that we were enjoying everything. Great job!

Wow, first time eating here and I am hooked. Went with the Rooster which was perfect. So tasty that I ordered a turkey club to go. My kids had their first cheese steak and nearly finished the entire sandwiches. Unique, quality ingredients, fresh, and the staff were friendly and courteous.
