The bed was comfortable; inside the apartment was clean and organized ;pool was good ; great location . There was noise around the apartment room though and it’s a easy find location..there’s a nice breakfast spot right next to hotel walking distant

Horrible experience. Rude staff and dirty room. They are trying to keep my security deposit saying that the bedding and towels are damaged. I know for a fact they’re not, especially because one of the beds wasn’t even used. A lot complains regarding this hotel keeping deposits for bogus charge.

All I can say is WOW ....The hotel is nothing like the pictures. From the moment you pull into the parking lot your heart sinks you realize you made a mistake. But I consider myself tough I stayed in bed hotels before and survived, but this one is horrible. I know people try their best. But this one it is like from some bad movie. It is filthy inside people piss in the hallways, reeks of marijuana. Before I even enter my room I could see through the window the condition of the curtain. Black mold all over it. You have to carry your suitcase otherwise you'll be pulling it through urine. I end up cutting my losses and stayed in a different hotel. Trust me when I tell you DO NOT STAY THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

They put me in 219 bugs was that room then they put me in 319 room wasn’t clean at least Nae change my room to 340. I went back to roger to let him know what gone down and why my skin burning roger said the management wanted to firer him because he waived resort fees before I talk to the gm Peter and Peter could tell me the only thing he can do is call the pest control tomorrow and I need to go to cvs to get something for it. Don’t waste your time booking this hotel because they more about keeping their money than the guest health .

I stayed 1 night— Clean room, the best part was my sons had a Great experience at the pool, all the kids were nice & friendly! They had a blast……………. I enjoyed hearing the fireworks from the balcony & was able to sign into my NF account

My wife and I had a one-night stay at the hotel and really spent a quiet and placid night. The amenities of the room were fine and we found the room to bevery comfortable and clean. We left some belongings in the room and the hotel staff helped us to retrieve them. Good service.

We had the absolute worst experience at this hotel. I made an online reservation for my son who was staying in Ft Lauderdale. When he arrived at this hotel, the front desk staff was very rude and impatient with him. They told him that they required my credit card that was used for the reservation. I live in Texas so obviously that was not possible. The staff would not allow him to stay at the hotel despite the reservation being confirmed and my card being charged for the full amount. However, they refused to give us a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and is a case of fraud! All I can say is BEWARE !!!
My partner and I recently stayed at your location for one night this passed Sunday. What started off to be a poor check-in experience by a sassy, dry, and unenthusiastic male front desk agent was immediately changed by an attentive, caring, charismatic young lady by the name of Kayla. She took her time to answer my questions and came to work prepared to help your guests with a smile. She understood our needs and put us in a quiet room away from the event by the pool. Although, our room had some challenges it was Kayla that made our stay. Simply, because she actually cared enough to listen and made an attempt to exceed our expectations. Alejandro should take notes and learn from Kayla. A smile goes a long way! Thanks Kayla! Keep up the good work, you’re a Gem!!

Caution!!! The short "bartender" and I do use that term loosely is terrible. You have to ask for a receipt when you place an order. If you order online be prepared to wait hours for your food and for someone else to find the issue with why you food hasn't been delivered yet. Her go to line is, "the kitchen manager is in a meeting for tomorrow", at 10pm?! She only cares about getting her tips and nothing else. Absurd. Eat before you come here. The kompa class is amazing.
