MAASS was a culinary experience worth attending. We came in for a late brunch, and the dining room was not full, however it was an experience to witness the kitchen in full preparation for the evenings activities. It was a truly a magical experience! We had the counter top seating, where we got to see the chefs in action, and interact with them! We loved every bit of it! The food was superb- especially the snacks, what a surprise and a treat. Our favorite was the “surf and turf.” A slice of bluefin tuna over a soft, pillowy pork chichuron....yum and yum!
