Mad Chicken

So the food was good. But the guy who took my order looked like he was annoyed and i was bothering him. You all better realize it’s like 4 other chicken plates in the area. If you treat customers like that, you will be Mad your chicken store is closing

Based off of the service alone its enough to make me not want to come back. The guy that was Working the counter tonight when I came in around 8 PM wasn’t friendly at all. He low-key might even be a little racists !! Iykyk

I got the number one chicken sandwich and when he asked me if I wanted to make it a combo , I asked if I could substitute the waffle fries for the mac & cheese and he told me no !
I don’t see why it would make a difference to substitute it, if they’re both the same price. So I ended up just getting the chicken sandwich and paying for the mac & cheese separately which was about $17. It was really stupid when I could’ve just got the combo and substituted the fries for the mac & cheese. While I was waiting for my food, Sitting in one of their barstools that was making my leg itch very badly. I watched the guy and he just had a miserable look on his face the entire time. He even sat there for about a minute or two just staring at the floor without even a blink. When I finally got my food, he just kind of swung the bag over to me.

I got to my car and opened up the sandwich, it felt ice cold. The cheese wasn’t melted, and the bun was cold asf. The only thing that was hot were the chicken patties on the inside and the Mac and cheese was tasteless. I’ll definitely Keep spending my money at Chic-fil-A or cone and chic until cluck face is open. Maybe I’ll even have to try the location in Hollywood to see if I can get a better experience but this location is gonna be a hard pass.
