This little gem is in my neighborhood and it’s been at least 16-17 years since I first walked in the door. The food is excellent, it’s a family owned and operated business, you can tell they care and they’re very real people. The mom’s demeanor when dealing with trouble customers reminds me a lot of the tattoo shops I’ve worked in, they are not a chain so they don’t have to suffer stupidity. If you're looking for an authentic Cuban sandwich, this isn't the place! My Cubano came with two cracker thin pieces bread, pickles, and a miniscule amount of meat. The service was great and the fries got and delicious.
Best Cuban food, friendly customer service and I love that there are Mexican options!! If you knew the background on the owners, you’d understand! The coffee never misses and the carnitas tacos are to die for. Don’t believe the negativity until you try for yourself. There’s a reason why they’ve been in business so long and have so many loyal customers!
