Overall, it was a lovely experience. Stephan was a great waiter. The only issue was it seemed to feel very muggy and humid with a damp smell as well as the music for a Sunday night. Could've definitely been turned down. It was by no way means packed or full. there were a couple times that we couldn't find a waiter at all either for refills of waters and drinks and what have you bread.

The dining experience was exceptional. The host, waiter and servers provided excellent service . The food was great and cooked to perfection as well. I will definitely return in the near future.

The entire experience was absolutely fabulous. Class a service as well as the best lobster bisque I've ever had. Joey was our server and Jonathan was amazing.

My experience at Mastro's was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was nothing short of delicious—every dish was perfectly prepared and a true culinary delight. What truly elevated our evening, though, was the awesome service and the incredible live music. Our server Victor was attentive and made sure our every need was met. The live performance by Valerie Marie was the perfect touch. Her voice was amazing, creating such a beautiful and memorable ambiance. She was also incredibly thoughtful, taking the time to come to our table and even sang a song we requested. It's rare to find a place that excels in every single aspect, from the food and service to the entertainment. Mastro's, and Valerie Marie, made for an unforgettable night. We can't wait to go back!

The service was excellent, I wish I could remember our server's name. He was very accommodating and answered all our questions. The food came out very fast and was cooked to perfection. We love the view of the Intracoastal. I definitely recommend for any special occasion.

My Mastro's Ocean Club experience was amazing! The food was good, the service was off the charts good, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will definitely come again when I am back in town.

My wife and I went for our 12th year anniversary. Despite me informing them of the occasion the last minute, our server took time to print a custom menu with a greeting of Happy 12th Year Anniversary on it. He was attentive, but not overly hovering. He gave us great tips on the drinks and food. There was a live singer on site wo sang great songs. The ambiance was great and with it being next to the waterway didnt hurt either. Important thing, the food was great. Good sized servings which we still had leftovers to eat for brunch the following day. Martinis were really worth it and yummy. One order can top off your martini glass 4x over. She had the lemon drop martini and it was delicious. .

We have been to Mastro's many times. We like to celebrate our anniversaries there. On aug 18 we also came for our anniversary. We were shown to the table and then the waiter took at least 20 min to bring the menus. He did say that he will bring bread without charge, then another 20 min for drinks. We ordered salads and steaks. They brouoght the steaks first, we sent it back. Then the hostess came in saying that the kitchen lost the tickets and they will bring salads and then will re do the steaks. The was two tables besides hours, so how can they be busy and lose the ticket??? The salad was very watery, then the steaks came in and they were cold. I sent mine back. It came back hardly even warm. They did offer anniversary desert for free, but all other times it was free anyways. The bus boy attempted clean our table and take our food while we were still eating. We are very dissappointed how the service went down. It was a classy place, now it is empty, with charge for bread, disorganized ordering and mediocre food. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Love the ambiance of the place, the views are breathtaking of the water. Food was good per usual.

His warm energy and great service made my mom feel celebrated and cared for. Thank you, Stephene, for helping make her birthday dinner a memorable one!

Excellent service in the bar and main seating area. Food was excellently prepared. Only problem was an overdone steak which was replaced immediately. Entertainment in the bar area was very good and their drinks are delicious. Also excellent happy hour with a good selection of appetizers. This place is expensive but the quality of service and food is reflected in the price. Great for special occasions.

I just spent a weekend in Miami and subsequently Fort Lauderdale…I don’t even know where to begin so I’ll sum it up best I can. First of all, the food and beverages were off the charts…I sampled the seafood, steak, and of course the sides - I have to say top 3 of any food I’ve ever had in my life and at age 37 I’ve been to some great restaurants (on that note I would recommend the lobster mashed potatoes as a first choice for a side). The drinks were also killer but the cherry on top was the service…friendly, professional, and I can’t think of a single complaint. The overall vibe was top-notch, including the live music. I highly encourage anyone to get a reservation there when in the area, and find out for themselves!

I had a wonderful experience. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the service was outstanding. I would like to extend my appreciation to Bradley and Riza for their attentive care and for ensuring that our needs were met. Additionally, Luke provided personalized service that greatly enhanced our evening. His positive attitude and professionalism truly made a difference and I hope people get to experience the light he carries.
