Great customer service and they even have one security guard. The thing that turned me off is as night was approaching homeless people came by every hour to ask for food or force conversations with clearly non interested customers/workers.
I know is out of this establishment’s control that a lot of homeless stay nearby but that brought down the atmosphere. Not the best location to dine and have a peaceful and relaxed time. Felt I need to be aware of them all the time.

-I went this evening and was told to use the drive through instead of being allowed inside -rude staff all around and disorganized with menu items -half the ingredients are missing on my burger and the fries aren’t crispy and still frozen on the inside

On October 9th, I entered this location to take shelter from the rain and wait a moment before ordering. A security officer asked me to order immediately, and when I explained my situation, he grabbed my bag and pushed me toward the exit. I felt intimidated and mistreated, especially as someone new to the country. I hope McDonald’s reviews this behavior to improve customer treatment.

I placed an order through the mobile app Table Service and was sitting, waiting for my order to be brought. A security guard came up to me and asked if I had placed an order. What if I hadn’t? Would they have kicked me out of the restaurant? That’s very rude. On top of that, the Table Service never brought my order to the table, and I had to go to the counter to remind them about it.
