First of all, I’m so sick of coming here and the employees have an attitude or low empathy about the customers. Secondly, when I go at night the night shift has my nuggets old like they’re were sitting for the last few hours overly cooked like from the heat. My burger was cold also the cheese was still cold like unmelted. The only item that I was satisfied with was the fries!! Crazy part about it I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this has happened over n over I’m tired of travel extra mile to another location 🤦♀️🤦♀️ but yes I’ll rate 1 star! Sorry !

I visited this place bc of the good customer service I’ve received in the past. I normally tip the good service and compliment how patient they are. However 1/12/2025 was a nightmare. I ordered my food; 3-cheese burger combos and 1 fish filet combo. I must admit that I was annoyed at the time of ordering my food and I felt the person taking the order was a bit impatient. I guess this triggered those taking the order and fixing the order to tamper with the food. The food I ordered was for ages 2 through 9. When the food was handed to me, I saw individuals in the background looking at me as though something was done to the food. They had this suspicious look on their faces. I saw a familiar face (short, heavy set light skin woman who normally takes the money through the drive thru), who’s always pleasant made a comment to one of the workers as though it was validated to do what was done. When I arrived to my destination to drop food off to kids who didn’t eat due to circumstances in their home, I found someone’s nasty glued eye lashes in my fries. The eye lash was huge, matted and dirty. The fish on the sandwich was cold and hard. When I called the manager, her words” I’m confused bc no has lashes on” although she agreed to be mindful of the bags going out, it appears as she thought I was making this up. I have a good paying job and do not want a refund. I stand by what is right/wrong. This was a disgusting 🤮 experience. The food was thrown out bc I do not want to contract any infections from the person who wore the lashes. Given the looks of the lashes explains what this person looks like and what they may be transmitting. This was not funny. Although I lost $40 I’m thankful this happened bc I now know why this location has 3 stars. I don’t want anything from this location and to the person who thought this was funny, you will see this again x’3
Too many people are wandering around the parking lot. Didn't feel safe driving as to easy to have them walk into the vehicle path.

I never recieve all my items I always have at least 2 items missing, this morning I placed a Uber eats order and I only recieved condiments and my drink when I order 2 sausage and cheese McMuffins and pancakes I didn’t recieve the food items only my beverage and condiments on the side i absolutely dislike this restaurant…they have no manors and the short dark lady in the window always give me attitude
