3/12/25- wow bright and clean is a machine to order from looked clean. There was someone using it so a girl came right out and took our order. I had a double beef cheeseburger I only like the lettuce and the cheese in the burger and a small fry it was so good hubby had the quarter pounder. It looked nice too all good.

Customers service is horrible I came through the drive through at 10:13am to place an order in didn’t leave till 10:45am managers didn’t try to communicate with me was very rude about everything
I went in a couple nights ago, it was like 8pm and ordered through the app. The young lady taking orders (regular uniform) in drive thru was very nice, she greeted me with a smile and gave me my receipt. When I went to the second window, the manager (had a manager shirt on) handed me the drinks barely even looking at me and didn’t even greet me. Normally, you would expect at least a hello and tells a customer to have a good night. I guess that’s why McDonalds has a bad rep.
