Night staff very rude, you can ask them questions no ones answers. You can say thank you no one answer. I think.the company need to invest in customer service classes! The supervisor is worst than the staff..It's like a big play ground in there!

This is the best McDonald's in Broward County. Ran efficiently and effectively. Employees are courteous and mindful. The food is what you ordered and is always freshly made. Tastes better, too! It must be because it's cooked properly and comes out hot.

Seems like all time every day, every employee from the one than mop and clean to the ladys in the front are mad against the world, rude actitud , if you say good morning how are you? They say Aha , then if you receive your order after waiting you say thanks they answer aha so just having rude people in the front line is a requirement for be part of McDonald's team this days?
The bun on my Crispy Deluxe was chewy..as in rubber ball chewy. I ordered ice cream cones for dessert, like pulling teeth to get them to serve something I had already paid for. We were stared at as we ate. And we were sitting on the side, can you imagine an employee strutting by and giving you a look like they wish you would die!! That is how the staff made us feel. I am done with McDonald's. They hire cheap, scarey people making the experience horrific. Go back to hiring people that want to work!!!
