Absolutely terrible service. Drove up at 12:30 (drive thru closes at 1) and girl told us they only have enough to give us a small fry because they are closing. I said you don’t close for another 30 minutes and she just stared at me. Get better employees who realize where they work. She was absolutely rude and dismissive. Maybe if she was nice about it things would be different. She was rude and entitled. It’s 12:30 on may 10 so McDonald’s manager if you see this, fire whoever was working because they need a reality check and a refresher on how to give customer service. I work in the service industry and would NEVER act the way she did. Completely rude. Was coming home from work and just wanted something quick to eat but she just didn’t feel like doing her job I guess. Do better.

This McDonald’s routinely closes hours early. Employees hide behind the wall while an endless line of cars beep and beg to be let out of the drive-thru. These employees are terrible people. True trash. It’s unbelievable they get to keep their jobs.

3/12/25- wow bright and clean is a machine to order from looked clean. There was someone using it so a girl came right out and took our order. I had a double beef cheeseburger I only like the lettuce and the cheese in the burger and a small fry it was so good hubby had the quarter pounder. It looked nice too all good.

Just left there waited 10 minutes for just 1 item, was so mad I just ripped my receipt up and just lefted. The manger there had no clue what she was doing

I had a code for hash browns. I used points. They told me the code was invalid. I think they just lie. I hate mcdonalds. Now the points are gone. Mcd’s suck !!!
