We had to wait for about 30 minutes to get the coffee and when they said that they can’t do the second coffee right now we didn’t have time to wait so we demanded our money back and she gave it back to us in quarters

During the day this location is fine but ive been here FIVE times during the night and there is always some excuse over the intercom so the employees can sit in the dining room and slack off. they are never working or making your food.

Avoid the lunch drive through rush at this location. There are no displays for the drive through so it is difficult to verify that they received the correct order, which they will likely get wrong.
Additionally, the area is swarming with homeless people who often become an unpredictable traffic hazard.

Did a mobile order to pick up at counter for only two items at 10:50PM today. The door was locked so I went to the drive-thru only to be told that “there’s a line and we can’t pull up your order.” They didn’t bother to look at my receipt or care about what I ordered. They were so rude and didn’t care that I already paid for it and couldn’t cancel. This was not my fault at all! Completely disrespectful and can’t believe they would treat someone so terribly.

Tried to get a refill and apparently they don’t allow refills, the manager stopped one of the staff members from giving me one , then told him you know we don’t do refills as if she was paying for it out her pocket.
