When I use a drive-through, I want to place my order, and get food. Why do they only accept Mobil orders in the drive through? It's 11pm and I just want to get food. I don't want to download an app, & set it up in order to get food. Employees are USELESS.

Door dash driver here. The app says to use the drive thru to pick up the order. When I get to the first window, the lady goes ohh nooo your door dash you need to park up and go to the door. The door is locked. Me and another door dasher were in the same boat. So I walk up to the 2nd window. The lady was the manager, short curly hair. She refused to acknowledge me as a human being and hear my story at all. At that point I tried all three ways to pick up the order, the doors on the store, and both windows. Meanwhile I can see three door dash orders in the back thru the store, me and another door dasher was outside complaining because it was impossible to do our job. That manager has poor leadership skills
